*Review based on construction during time of stay. Offered a full refund but there was insufficient time to find another affordable location to stay and it was during spring break weeks. Parking was limited at the time but due to the construction. Noise from upstairs condo and/or stairs after 1am during first night was not ideal but expected from a ground level condo. Shower head had hard water build up that was usable but could have been better. I could not figure out thermostat or which heat vent would blow hot air but did not spend too much time tinkering as I came prepared with extra personal blankets. Overall affordable stay. Thank you.

Room and property definitely need a deep clean and maintenance. Couldn’t go on the balcony due to excessive bird droppings and pigeons always around so deterrents needed as we didn’t see them anywhere else we went. Couches and carpets needed cleaning or replacing also. Bathroom needs new caulking. Not worth the money we spent.
