Easy beach access is nearby, with our private staircase for your convenience. The Queen sized bed accommodates up to 2 guests, and the walk in shower is a popular bathroom feature. Relax and enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with full-sized appliances, or walk to any of the nearby restaurants for a memorable meal during your stay!

The Space:
Unit 114 at D Sands Condominiums is a ground floor, privately owned studio condo with an amazing ocean view, a cozy gas fireplace, and a balcony for watching the waves. Easy beach access is nearby, with our private staircase for your convenience. The Queen-sized bed accommodates up to 2 guests, and the walk-in shower is a popular bathroom feature. Relax and enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with full-sized appliances, or walk to any of the nearby restaurants for a memorable meal during your stay!

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

Had a great time at your condo. Weather was pretty good and escaped the heat of Portland. Great location and we even found one of the glass bulbs at the bottom of the stairs on our way to way the beach.

Great Location, Easy Access to the Beach

The property is situated right at the outlet of Devil's Lake which is about mid-way from either end of Lincoln City. This made it a great location for accessing shops, restaurants and activities on either end of town. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Nothing fancy about the place, and it is an older building, but it easily met our needs. Only concern we had was the hot tub. There was stuff floating on top of the suds in the tub that made it feel like it had not been cleaned recently.

This was simply exactly what we needed to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our lives are so busy we just needed to slow down and relax. Everything was pretty good, loved our room and view and having the fireplace!!! And the price was decent! The one issue was noise as not a lot of sound proofing between rooms. We were on an end so we had 1 room next to us and the room above. Just normal talking was easily heard…

Nice little place for a short getaway

This studio apartment is in a good location, although parking was challenging for a larger vehicle. Nice little room with a great view of the ocean! Basic amenities were provided for our stay. It would be helpful to have a handheld shower head installed to wash off the sand from walking on the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. And although the pool and hot tub were not working, we were allowed to use the pool at the Parks & Rec Department, which was great.
