    Unit 110 is one of only a few privately owned studio condos on the ground floor with a King bed for up to 2 people, and a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Take in incredible ocean views through a wall of windows and a ground-level patio, or take advantage of our easy, private beach access via staircase. Enjoy an oceanfront dining experience with your fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized appliances, or walk to nearby restaurants for a fine dining alternative. A perfect getaway!



    The Space:

    Unit 110 is one of only a few privately owned studio condos on the ground floor with a King bed for up to 2 people, and a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Take in incredible ocean views through a wall of windows and a ground-level patio, or take advantage of our easy, private beach access via staircase. Enjoy an oceanfront dining experience with your fully stocked kitchenette, or walk to nearby restaurants for a fine dining alternative. A perfect getaway! This condo has a full kitchen with the basics: cookware, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and appliances.



    Guest Access:

    The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

    This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

We loved our stay at D Sands! The check in process was simple and efficient, and the location could not have been more perfect. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The hair dryer isn't working according to our friends who stayed here. The instructions should say to lock your door when you "come in". It is unsafe because the door is not automatically locked unless you do it manually. This is unlike any other hotel or condo they have stayed in.
