Great location, easy check in, private and secure
Everything was terrific, especially the cleaning staff who works here. My only issue was the internet went out and the tv also. I didn't contact guest services to fix these problems so that's on me (my stay was so short) and the weather was exceptionally stormy. But it did seem like the router is a distance from the property, so when it was working it was weak. Again, I didn't troubleshoot this so that's on me. The staff is excellent from what I observed and probably deserve 401K's and health benefits. Would stay again, but would probably work out the wifi issue beforehand. Again, mia culpa.

I was disappointed that only one bed was made up when two guests were arriving. The bunk bed mattresses are thin and I could feel the metal slats so we stacked both mattresses on the bottom bunk. We call and requested help with the TV but, no one came to help us. We were told that cable wasn't an eminitity yet we were able to watch Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune on 10/11. The only outlet in the bunk bed room was up high on the wall opposite the wall. The head of the bed was not close to the outlet - I have a CPAP machine and was unable to use it. The property was clean and we did enjoy our stay

You get what you pay for. Everything smells like dogs, there's some mold damage in the ceiling of the bathroom, the rooms are tiny, you can't close the door to one because the bunk bed is too big. No closets, space heaters. On the other hand, you can see the ocean, and it's a 5 min walk down to the beach

The pictures look much better than the unit does. I'll list my complaint below. I wish I could upload my own photos... Wi-Fi did not work the 5 days we stayed. No heat in the living area, it gets cold. Dishes were dirty. Nothing matches, it's chintzy. No blackout shades. Broken outlet covers. Poor maintenance and repairs. Futon is horribly uncomfortable to sit on and I couldn't imagine sleeping on it. The bunk beds are noisy. There are no pot holders. Paint is flaking and does not match where things are patched. Overall this place was cheap and ok but you should know what your getting and not be mislead by pictures.

Check in was easy, location is great & area was quiet. We arrived expecting twin beds in one TINY, TIINNYY!!! room, it was bunk beds. The full bed in the other small room was NOT comfortable. There used to be a fireplace in the living room but it has been covered with sheetrock & there isn't a heater in the living room, there also were no extra blankets for the person who slept on the futon, It was COLD. The place was clean & kitchen had all the basics but there were no homey touches that we love about VRBO. By the time all the fees were totaled I feel like it was more than this place was worth. It worked for the weekend but I wouldn't stay again.

Great view and good value
The room is great for 2-4 people the living room and kitchen are great for a vacation rental. The bedrooms are a little small but they were comfortable. The bathroom is large which is nice. The water pressure is not so great and it takes forever for the water to get hot. The fan and shower light also don't work. The bedroom windows were also all left unlocked prior to our arrival. The door lock on the back door seems a little flimsy and like someone could pull real hard and it would break. the inside of the sliding door track is also a little moldy which was not so good considering I am allergic to mold also the privacy on the balcony is lacking it would be nice if there was a full divider between each unit. There were some drunk people two units down being loud and staring so we didn't get to enjoy the balcony as much as we wanted All in all it is a nice little space just a few things that could use a little work.

We were very disappointed with our stay. We actually left yesterday and came back home. The place was cold with no heat in the main room, the bathtub trip lever was broken so we couldn’t bathe and the bathroom was dirty with a broken light so it was dark. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and my son ended up sleeping in a chair all night because of this. I have honestly never made a complaint at any place I have stayed and I have done my share of traveling. This was a less than acceptable experience.

Amazing View, Amazing Price, Decent lodging
It was great to have a condo, rather than staying in a hotel/motel room. The condo itself was fine. The beds were uncomfortable, and the heat was challenging--a space heater for the entire living room area, and a wall heater that blew into the side of the refrigerator. But, the price was excellent, and the view was amazing. I'd definitely stay here again!

Gotta tell you, Guy saved the day. First of all a key was missing and he took care of that quickly. Then when I get in I find out that a remote is missing for the TV. He took care of that too. But overall a real nice stay, great beach access.

Just right!
The property was clean and cute. The appliances were in good repair, there was lots of hot water, and we had a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. The space was small and you could hear the TV in the next unit, but it was just right for a quick getaway with kids!

Not at all what is advertised.
There was a lot to be desired. We chose this place because of the view and the fireplace. When we got there, the fireplace had been dry walled in and there was a little space heater with the cord wrapped up sitting in the room. The bedrooms are extremely small. My wife and I stayed in the main room that had only a Full size bed. The bed fills the room and almost touches the walls on both sides where you would typically get into bed. The second room that my son stayed in was about the size of a medium sized walk in closet with a bunk bed. The room is so narrow that the door would not close because of the bunk beds width. The bed was in the room the only way it can possibly fit so there was no fixing it. The back door that goes out to a balcony shared with several other rooms would not lock so we were unable to keep any valuables in the room. As far as the shared balcony goes, that was terrible. We would have loved to have keep the door open at night to at least hear the ocean but we could not because of the all night partying and weed smoking on the balcony that wafted into our room. The “couch” in the living room was just a small vinyl futon that was completely tearing apart. There is absolutely no storage I.e. closets or wardrobes if you are a person who hangs your stuff up or if your going to be there for a week or so. If you need a place to stay and don’t plan on spending any time at your room this would be overpriced but ok. Otherwise… keep looking.

I was disappointed to find that we didn't have the gas fireplace that was advertised. I actually selected this unit because it had one. They had a sign stating to turn on the fireplace adjust knob on wall. The fireplace had been totally removed but yet they didn't remove the sign. The weather was stormy all weekend so the fireplace would have been nice. The rooms appeared larger in the photos. The room with the bunk beds you couldn’t close the door. The glass door latch is broken and doesn't lock. We had to put some paper in the lock in order to lock it. The screen had a hole in the bottom so we could be leave the door open or our little dogs would get out. I had thought from the pictures and description that it would be easier to get to the beach. It wasn't as easy or as close as it appeared. The unit wasn't in the better part of life Lincoln City and further away from restaurants and night life than we would like to be. The first night the storm was so bad and it was so noisy inside I was sure the whole unit was going to be torn apart. Not much insullation. This was my first experience with VRBO, not sure I will do it again.

We enjoyed our stay in Lincoln City, Or. When we first arroived the apperace gave a little concern. Althought, once we got fully settled we discovered it was very easy to settle in to and enjoy our time. Upon check out, even thouhg the original VRBO booking should a 11a check out, we recived a text stating check out was at 10a. This would not have been to bad, but duirng our stay we got a nail in our tire and had to get fixed. I called the local Vacasa that manged the property and shared with them, THey said they could not help, we had to be out of the property at 10a. I explained our VRBO originalk booking was at 11a, which we would most likely beable to me after our tire repair was completed. I oticed within 10 miuntes of making that call someone had gone on and edited the checkout time from 11A to 10A. Good thing I screen shot the checkout time before we arrived at our stay.

I read the reviews for this place, and overall they were pretty good. I wish I read the issues a little closer, but we came up with our own. 1. The fireplace does not give off heat, or show any signs of working other than having a flame. 2. Not one place to hang a wet, rain soaked jacket. And there are plenty of areas hooks or something could be added to bare walls. 3. A little bitty dollar tree and dustpan are provided, hardly usable to cleanup during your stay. 4. Had planned on cooking all breakfast and a few dinners there. Was only provided 2 small fry pans, 2 pots, stockpot. Tried breakfast one day, and vowed never again. 5. No closets in bedrooms, the 2nd bedroom has zero room for anything with the bunk beds. The door JUST manages to close next to the rails, not sure how anyone would even climb up these. There is an indentation in the wall next to the light so I'm guessing its not easy. 6. Had to put a pack n play in the master bedroom for 16 month old, moved the bed and it was so dirty underneath. Dirt and a random sock-yuck 7. The overall cleanliness of the place was pretty poor. Thankful we brought our contiguous. We used those to drink out of instead of the mugs or glassware. First and last time staying here.

We didn't have any complaints other than the one room that has the bunk beds is so small that when we got there the door wouldn't shut. It looked like the bunk beds had been moved a tiny bit, so I pushed them back against the wall and the door shut then. However, I did see another review saying the door sticks badly, and it still does. It's incredibly hard to shut, let alone shut quietly. Overall the place was good for a quick stay with our 3 year old and dog!

Old, run-down, and uncomfortable.
Small and run-down. We were given 1 garbage bag, one dish rag, and one towel per person for a four-day stay. Besides the obvious code violations (the exhaust fan in the microwave was not even connected to a vent and was just blowing up into the ceiling of the kitchen), there is not a closet in the entire unit. No place to hang a jacket, no extra blankets, and no broom to sweep up any sand that is tracked in. You get one plate per person, so I hope you like doing dishes. The good thing is that you won’t be doing much cooking since the kitchen is not functional and nearly impossible to cook in. Don’t even get me started on the bed in the “master” bedroom. Comfortable if you like laying on a board and rolling towards the center all night. The second “bedroom” is just big enough for twin sized bunk-beds. No table, closet, lamp, etc. There is no furnace for the condo. There are wall heaters in the bedrooms and a gas fireplace in the living room, but that’s it. While there is a small view of the water, the walk to the beach is not easy and had the condo been stocked with any usual beach amenities it would have been very difficult to get them down there. After being completely uncomfortable and unable to sleep for two nights we requested a refund or a different condo. Both requests were denied. The property manager did her best to make our stay more comfortable and provided us some foam mattress toppers and extra blankets. She can’t do much to fix the fact that this condo is just extremely old and uncomfortable.

We chose this place based on the view and the size of the place. We used the kitchen to make dinner. Sat at the table and played cards at night. The beds were super comfy. My kids loved the bunk beds, they had a great night's sleep. I used the futon to sleep on, it was also surprisingly comfy! Although the fitted sheet they gave did not fit. The view was great! We overlooked the ocean and the fire pit on the property. We didn't ask, but it would have been nice to have wood available to make a fire. All in all it was a great stop on our way down the 101. Conveniently located right off the 101 and close by to a grocery store and fast food.

We stayed here for a couple days over spring break and loved it. The view was beautiful, the condo was clean, and the kitchen and living area had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to come back another time!

Great home away from home!
Compared to getting a hotel room this place was fantastic. Having a living room to sit in was great though one more chair would have been nice. No one really wants to relax on a dinning room chair after walking the beach all day. The refrigerator was temperamental and we found we had to turn it off and back on to keep things cold so that was really annoying but the freezer was fine. I personally live in the country so the noise level of people in the parking lot (11:30pm) was obscene during the weekend but like I said the alternative of a hotel room would have been worse. Oh and not 1 coat hanger! Why? Every cupboard door and drawer ended up a hanger to dry out wet clothes. There wasn’t a single place to hang a coat. This and the fridge deal was why I gave it a 3 instead of a 4. Put up a coat rack behind the door at the very least. I would stay again as opposed to getting a hotel room. Oh bonus, bring your roku box/stick and hotspot it for evening downtime.

Too many issues, won't return
Had issues with fireplace the entire weekend, it wouldn't light, than when turned off you could hear it humming. We couldn't sit at dining table due to chairs and bench being close to collapsing. Same goes for coffee table, it was ready to collapse with any weight on it. Fridge barely kept things cold and buzzed the entire time. The sliding door to the deck does not lock. Finally the beds...horrible, old mattresses, hard and springy, and the bunk also has so many loose screws the whole bed moves when top person does. I would not spend money on this again.

Overall nice
Overall we had a great experience with this rental unit. I thought it was odd that it sleeps 6 and only has three dining room chairs. The bed in the master is very comfortable however, it is only a double and not a queen as listed in the add. If you plan to cook a lot, you might want to bring what you need the unit was low on things other than very basic cooking items. Other than that, it was clean and recently renovated and was what we needed for this trip.

Nice location, older property in the process of upgrading. Some of the upgrades are not well done.
We had to move from one unit to another. The first unit did not have hot water and the fireplace didn't work (it was heat source in main room). Maintenance came out and long story short ended up relocating us. 2nd unit was fine although floors weren't great and they left stuff in the fridge. I was surprised we had to ask for a broom and the original 6 towels were it for our entire stay. The 2nd bedroom is very small only about 10inches between wall and bunk bed ladder (luckily our youngest picked the top bunk). Main bedroom bed is against the wall so it was tricky getting out in the middle of the night. There was a storm our last night and the main bedroom window leaked.
