The Space:
Unit 118 is a ground floor studio condo with a stunning ocean view from the private balcony. Up to 3 guests can enjoy this unit, with a Queen bed and twin futon. The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This condo was perfect for the two of us. I liked the fact there was a kitchen, and a shower instead of a tub. It was relaxing to hear the waves from the ocean.The only hiccup was when the deadbolt got stuck and we weren't able to go out on the deck, however, maintenance came and fixed it. We would definitely reserve it again.

It was everything we hoped for

The building was right on the beach, we had a covered parking space right in front of the entry door and great view from balcony and windows. It was exactly like the listing. Very clean and even smelled clean. Lots of cooking items and supplies in the kitchen. Extra bedding also available . We were extremely happy with our relaxing stay. Lincoln City is a real inviting community and the beaches are amazing. Hopefully we will get to have a repeat visit.

This is a cute room with a nice kitchen setup and amazing ocean views. The only issue with this room was that the floor was sticky and when we washed it there was quite a lot of dirt leaving the paper towels black. The fireplace mantel had not been dusted. These small improvements would make my rating a full 5 starts. Good value and excellent location.
