For accessibility, Unit 104 offers a ramp up to both the front door and back patio door, extra supports around the toilet, a wheelchair friendly sink, and a walk-in shower with a flexible shower head and shower seat.

The Space:
Designed with thought towards those with mobility issues, Unit 104 is a privately owned studio condo offering timeless ocean views, a ground-level patio, and a fully stocked kitchenette (complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, drip coffee maker, and microwave). The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.
