Amazing view, right off the beach. Great deck view from our patio door. Access to beach literally was in between us and the next rental. Central to every shop and dining in area.

No real complaints. Good solid hotel and friendly staff. Only negatives were that the windows overlooking the ocean were really dirty/foggy on the outside, and there was a light right outside our room that made it where we couldn’t leave blinds open overnight to watch the ocean.

Great spot. Pet friendly. Had a little separate bedroom plus the living room in the triple (three queen) room. Simple digs for a stay at the beach. Could use a swiffer to run under the beds! Easy peasy walk down to the gorgeous beach.

The view from even the ground floor was amazing. It was a quick walk up to coffee and antique shops up on 101. Directly on the beach which was also amazing. The biggest issue we had was the bathroom being super tiny and the shower so small. It's almost unusable. However, the service was great. Front desk was extremely accommodating. Even with the shower I will probably go back

This is advertised as a HOTEL however upon arriving it was in fact a motel. This property’s pictures on Expedia are no where near what it actually looks like. This property looks old and dilapidated. Furthermore there is no lighting at night. It is completely dark and unsafe for anyone, specially women traveling. Upon arriving at night there were individuals outside in the unlit parking area, in between cars and near bushes. It’s unclear if they were patrons of the motel or not. I absolutely would not risk going here at night.

Thank you for your feedback. yes we are an older property and we are taking measures to make the hotel nice and newer. We do have lights on the outside of the building, and I ask a single woman live on the property and have no issues being out late at night. It is totally safe. As for people being in between cars, that is where our smoking sections are and that is where our guests go to smoke.

It's an old property showing it's age. When putting my key in the lock, the first thing I saw was rust stains running down the side of the door. Then looked up to see a beautiful sunshine view of the ocean through filthy patio door windows. Need to also mention the $30 additional charge for being "Pet Friendly" The bathroom was clean and the room was pleasantly warm. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. Thank you

Thank you for your feedback. Yes we are pet friendly and we do charge an extra fee for bringing your dog as there is extra cleaning to do when we have dogs in our rooms.As for the other issues we will take that up with our cleaning staff

The room was re-done and had wall to wall windows…great beachfront location, beautiful views. Beds were comfy, staff was very friendly, and it was a great stay. Only weirdness was that the walls in the bedroom were cement block and made it seem like a jail cell, the only faucet was in the main part of the room (not the bathroom), and the shower stall was very small and drained very slowly.

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry the room weirded you out. It is an old building and some of the walls are cement. As for the sink in the living area, I have no answer as to why it is the way it is. We will look into why the shower drains slowly.Please do come back and see us again

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you feel we have false advertising. Our website is very specific as to where our hot tubs are located so there is no false advertising on our end. Had you booked through the hotel directly instead of 3rd party you would have gad a different experience as we would have informed you correctly about the hot tubs.

This was a horrible trip. The toilet was not functioning properly and wouldn't even flush the water when you peed. I attributed this to poor water pressure initially. Well, when we returned from dinner my 6 year old used the toilet and it wouldn't even go down. After calling the manager for help they brought a plunger which didn't really work. I spent new years Eve plunging every time someone had to pee. Additionally the second bed was so hard and uncomfortable I had to check to be sure it wasn't mistakenly just a box spring. Also the heater was broken and would only work on high so I kept having to get up and turn it off and then on and off through the night. The amenities are also non existent. Not even an ice machine to be found. And the TV doesn't have cable so your stuck watching free channels on Roku on a tiny tv 15 feet away. Overall I would never stay here again, especially for the $220 it cost me for a night. After mentioning the issues to the hotel they simply said they'd fix those problems ASAP. That doesn't help with my horrible NYE stay which was also our 13th anniversary. The only redeeming factor is the beachfront view. If you are expecting anything resembling a relaxing trip consider other options, unless you like spending your vacation plunging a toilet and alternating between freezing and boiling.

The only issue we were aware of during your stay was the toilet issue and you were brought a plunger as requested. Had we know you had an issue with the TV we would have gotten someone to look at it right away. That is a new heater in the room and didn't know there was an issue with it. There is an ice machine located by the office, we are sorry you were not informed to where it was located.

The reason to stay at this place is for the spectacular views of the ocean. Filiz who works the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The shower curtain looks new and the Kleenex is soft. Bed spreads were clean. The only noise came from the crashing waves right outside. The bathroom is very much in need of an upgrade. The bathtub really needs a new finish and a new paint job would freshen it up. It is clearly an old building. Very cool that pets are allowed but there is no place to take them potty on the property. But, The Views can not be beat.

I've stayed at this hotel for many years and yes, it may be a little old but its EVERYTHING you want for a beach get away. The staff is always amazing, ask them for anything and they have it for you with a smile. I stay here about 3 times a year and have never been disappointed :)

The lady was very nice and tried to help us. The room was cold. No weatherstripping on door you enter by. Your staff was very helpful she brought us a comforter that she hung up to block the draft from the door. Worked well. Because the one that slept on the door side of the bed froze from the free air coming in. Service was great the room not so much. This was our first time staying here.

Almost, but not quite... Angela is AMAZING. Customer service is excellent. The property was recently 'remodeled'. They almost did a good job, but not quite. Mattress felt more like a boxspring. Curtains were too small for windows, or didn't exist. Large, weird, not useful, broken desk piece in unit. Cottage has a weird access that leads around toside slider door, but is not marked as private, causing other guests to show up at patio door. Hot tub is not private whatsoever, causing other guests attempting to use it and not making it enjoyable to use, as it sits in a main thoroughfare.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes we have been remodeling, however we are far from done and have started back remodeling again. As soon as we can we will be putting a curtain over the sliding glass door. We are sorry people showed up at the door. Next time try renting 101 with hot tub on the balcony so no one can bother you
