Wonderful view of the ocean and Siletz Bay with all the seabirds and bald eagle and sea lions. Room was very comfortable, spacious, and very quiet even though right near the ocean.

After speaking to a very nice and friendly staff member Saturday evening, i realized i booked the wrong date. She at that time checked to confirm all other reservations. She told me not to cancel through Expedia but to call them, which i did. She also said she would not charge me for my error. Very kind. The next day, charges were on my card. I called and explain to OYO what was told to me. They gave me the run around and said someone would call me. No one had. I get i made an error but i was told i wouldn't be charged and i feel they should keep their word. Customer service is important, don't just hand me off to your call center.

It was ok for a night stay went to a concert so was only in it for about 10 hours but it is dirty the room was ok stained carpet and just run down the parking was not great or easy we took my wife’s car which I’m glad we did my truck would have never fit in their parking area the free breakfast was not what I would call breakfast but it was ok for a night at the coast only reason we stayed there was because the place we normally stay at was full so. But don’t think it was worth the hundred plus dollars for the stay

I have never stayed at a hotel/motel that waits until housekeeping for ALL rooms are complete and checked. 5 groups lined up in line to check-in. If your room is ready, there is no reason not to check-in early if you have a reservation. Otherwise, the room was nice and clean.

Amazing location. Right next to a nice restaurant and backed on to the beach. There’s a fun activity where Lincoln City hides locally blown glass floats along the beach to be found. The property is a little older, but is beautiful and authentic. Very safe feeling area. Loved the quality and quantity of soaps. Breakfast was basic self serve, no complaints. Parking is limited and tight for trucks/larger SUVs. The shower head was unpleasant and there was a ton of woman’s hair stuck to the far wall in the shower. Overall would stay again but would check over the room on arrival

The view was great but the room was very outdated & had damage. The window would not shut when we first arrived & it was very windy outside. Usually I wouldn’t mind but it was making a terrible whistling noise. The front desk lady did come tape it up & it was doable. For the condition of the room, I wouldn’t pay as much as I did.

The good part is the property was waterfront, near Mo’s & offered a light breakfast. Staff was friendly & sheets looked newer. Other than that, it desperately needs a renovation. The bathroom door had a massive hole, carpets were gross, red oyo pillow on bed had stains, furniture was all tired, dented & peeling, bathroom & room need a deep cleaning. We wouldn’t recommend this or stay again.

To start I get a call from an Indian lady who I couldn’t understand , 6 hours before we’re able to check in asking if we’re still coming in . Atleast I think that’s what she was saying . We get to the motel , check in and the lady at the front was all over the place trying to figure out how to check me in . Get to the room and it’s dirty , stains in the bathroom. Shower curtain rod was hanging off the wall . Opened the slider to the balcony and was greeted with caution tape . The railing was loose and very dangerous with a 3 year old on the 4th floor . Not the most comfortable beds and the pillows were paper thin . Would not recommend staying there . Lots of weird people in and out late at night .

The hotel was pleasant. Had some check in issues but they worked it out. Wasn’t the best but was nice. The sheets were comfy. The jacuzzi tub was great minus the jets not working very good. It was a nice stay.

The only reason I didn’t give “excellent” across the board is after book two nights, we decided to stay a third night. Called the hotel direct a couple days before our dates to add on the third. The gal struggled with confirming the rate. No worries, we’d take care of it when we got there. To add the third night through Expedia, had to cancel first and they showed the room we wanted was not available anymore. Will stay here again. Very clean, comfortable and friendly helpful staff. For our ocean view you had to be at the window or in the balcony to see the ocean.

Disappointed that the railing on the balcony has safety tape due to the railing not being secure. Being on the 4th floor made it uncomfortable to be out on the balcony. Other than that, everything else was excellent!

The hotel is older but we had a great view out the window and the room was big. Had dinner at MO’s and Uber’d up to the casino for a show. Price reasonable and we got coffee and a bagel for breakfast before the drive home.
