No 316 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned condo that sleeps up to 6. Located on the top floor, it's just 30 steps up and offers amazing ocean views from the balcony. Guests can make use of a King bed in the bedroom or the queen bed and sleeper sofa in the living room. A gas fireplace offers cozy ambiance, and the kitchen is stocked with basic cookware for your convenience. The HOA provides a pool as well as commercial grade Wi-Fi. There's also an easy staircase to the beach!

The Space:
No 316 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned condo that sleeps up to 6. Located on the top floor, it's just 30 steps up and offers amazing ocean views from the balcony. Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

It was clean but the smell from the chemicals or fragrance put in the vacuum was overwhelming. My husband has a chemical sensitivity and was sick the whole first night. had to have windows and doors open to air out and windows open all night, so we were cold. Maybe choose a not so strong of frangranced chemical to do your housecleaning

The perfect location

We loved the location of this condo! It was right on the beach in the middle of Lincoln City with easy access to everything. We thought the king size bed was not comfortable, but for those who love a firm mattress, this is your bed. Thankfully the queen in the main room suited us better and we got great sleep! So great for the Goldilocks in your family :) We will be staying here again!

I woke up to rolling waves every day!

I chose this unit based on reviews from other VRBO customers’ report the unit was very clean and the photos showing the ocean just outside the balcony. Upon arrival, the exterior is unassuming but inside was appropriately decorated and very well-lit for me to do some art. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare simple meals for a week and a half. The bed in the living room had warm bedding and was the preferred spot to fall asleep to the sound of waves and wake up to that amazing view that took my breath away every morning. I ended up not even using the master bedroom except to store my belongings. The fireplace was a welcome source of warmth after being in rain showers though I was lucky at the end of October to have many days with periods of no rain. This weather enabled pleasant long walks on the beach. The condos are located a short walk or drive from everything I needed and wanted. I like hot tubs but didn’t use it because it is in an undesirable location. If the hot tub had a view of the ocean and better hours that would have been perfection. I would stay here again for an extended vacation.

We enjoyed our stay. The view was great. Loved hearing the ocean from the condo from the bed near the beach side. The bedroom with the king bed was near the 101 Hwy and could hear the cars on the hwy. I fixed it though by running a fan right beside the bed to drown out the cars.

Relaxing weekend at the beach

We had a lovely time at What a Boat Bob? We love the flexibility of having a bed in the living room and one in the back bedroom. The kitchen space is great and the view can't be beat. We did try to use the DVD player and could not get it to work with the instructions listed in the unit. But there were other viewing options available. Overall, it was a great trip.

Gem of a Spot

Stunning ocean views! You can’t beat the view that comes replete with a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean, a fireplace, a full kitchen and a back bedroom. It was the perfect set up for our family, being just steps away from the beach. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

The views at this condo are unmatched. Unmatched. We didnt want to leave, everything was so perfect. The view is spectacular. All ocean. All the time. Every extra that you could think of was in the room. The full kitchen was awesome. Everyth8ng was really clean. And freshky stocked. Checking in and out could not be easier. 15/10 will definitely be staying again.

What we thought. Although, batteries were dead on the carbon dioxide monitor so my husband went to the store to replace them given the gas fireplace. Makes you wonder if the other alarms were in working order.
