No 316 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned condo that sleeps up to 6. Located on the top floor, it's just 30 steps up and offers amazing ocean views from the balcony. Guests can make use of a King bed in the bedroom or the queen bed and sleeper sofa in the living room. A gas fireplace offers cozy ambiance, and the kitchen is stocked with basic cookware for your convenience. The HOA provides a pool as well as commercial grade Wi-Fi. There's also an easy staircase to the beach!

The Space:
No 316 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned condo that sleeps up to 6. Located on the top floor, it's just 30 steps up and offers amazing ocean views from the balcony. Guests can make use of a king bed in the bedroom or the queen bed and sleeper sofa in the living room. A gas fireplace offers cozy ambiance, and the kitchen is stocked with basic cookware for your convenience. The HOA provides a pool as well as commercial grade Wi-Fi. There's also an easy staircase to the beach!

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

The view was amazing! Kitchen had everything we needed. I was worried that I wouldn’t like the location as it was right next to public access, however it was just fine. Parking is tight however they do a good job of explaining that up front. You can’t really complain when you’re right on the beach!

Stunning ocean views! You can’t beat the view that comes replete with a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean, a fireplace, a full kitchen and a back bedroom. It was the perfect set up for our family, being just steps away from the beach. I would stay again in a heartbeat!
