Located on the south end of town on a small hill, this top-floor, hotel-style room is a short walk from the beach (about two blocks away and down a set of stairs). You'll also be across the street from a cinema and just a few miles from the rest of Lincoln City's attractions and restaurants.

This rental features a flatscreen cable TV and WiFi access. There's also a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker for quick, easy meal prep.

Perfect Get Away

Perfect view of the beach from the balcony. The place was quiet and comfortable. Easy-ish beach access- I only say “ish” because you have to go up a few hills coming back. Lovely place, would definitely book again!

Perfect Little Getaway

Private Balcony. Not visable by anyone except those on the beach with walls on both sides. Chairs to relax in. Good size mini fridge. Bed was sleepable.

The view was amazing, the bed was fabulous, but when prompted by another review of “don’t look under the bed”, of course, we looked under the bed & found filthy fuzz, lint & dog hair not cleaned out plus a stained, dirty table top. The location was central to both Depoe Bay & Lincoln City, though, a plus for vacay getaway.

Amazing place

We stayed In seahorse 3-A and it was perfect for me and my husband and the view was absolutely amazing and even better from the bed. Very cute little complex. This will most definitely be our spot for now on.

The view was amazing. Location is awesome. The room smelled clean, unfortunately the bedding had several hairs throughout the sheets and comforter, but they responded quickly to our issue. This room could use a new bed...very uncomfortable.

The room and view were amazing! Perfect for my birthday weekend. I did notice that the walls and baseboards were somewhat dirty but that’s to be expected at a beach hotel. We do wish the TV was a bit bigger. Also, the listing stated we would have arm chairs and we did not. Overall would stay again.

Great view! Not so great room

The room is an adequate size for a studio. It was clean and had plenty of towels, etc. But it needs a paint job, furniture is worn and water marked, baseboards crumbling in some areas, tiles cracked and broken in entryway, microwave is tiny and hard to open, mattress is old and not comfortable and bedframe kind of wobbly.

We’ve always had great experiences with Vacasa but this one was a bit disappointing. When we looked at rooms we choose this room because it showed two sit down chairs vs table and chairs. But we ended up with the dinette so we didn’t have anywhere comfortable to sit unless we laid on the bed. Also the toilet was sticking when flushed, we had to manually move the flush each time so it would fill. I did report that the first day. Other than those we were happy with the location and view it was as stated. Thank you for providing quality places we will continue to use you.

Perfect for the price

Loved Seahorse 3-A. A great location, walk to beach down some steps and a road, loved the gas fireplace. I slept with the slider cracked to hear the ocean while I slept and turned the fireplace on the timer to keep it just right temp. It was a great home base for all the central coast adventures. The balcony was awesome. One review did mention 3-A is above the laundry room, this is true-- I smelled it a couple times, but it wasn't terrible. Here's the deal-- it's very affordable and for that I didn't mind the thin blanket. Or the leftover avocado in the mini fridge. Or that the garbages around the property were over flowing (I was there on Spring break, super busy). This is a cute and simple place to sleep and clean up and drink coffee on the balcony, what more do you need at the Oregon Coast?

Great place for the price!!

I've stayed here multiple times. I love it. One suggestion. Listen to your customers! Everyone says they hate the beds so you change the flooring? GET NEW MATTRESSES!!! Springs are literally popping through while sleeping. I do like the new flooring BUT that is not what your guests are complaining about, they are complaining about your mattresses. I was seriously considering buying a new mattress while I was here. The Walmart bed in a box are super affordable and really comfortable. I'll be back in October. Let's hope for new mattresses. Other than that, I always have a wonderful stay here. The view, proximity to beach, pet friendly, price, etc.. is unbeatable! Thank you.

Nice view..but

Overall it was a okay stay. The room was clean and updated looks like freshly painted or even redone recently. The View was beautiful. The only issues were there was a gas leak and they gave us option to leave and or stay they gave me a refund for one night exception of taxes and fees. That really wasn't an issue for us the issue was the bed the bed was so soft you can hardly lay on it it would fall in on you especially with two people in the bed extremely hard to sleep in and very uncomfortable didn't get much rest the whole weekend I asked for some sort of compensation and they said I was already compensated. The compensation was for the gas leak not the bed so if you don't like super super soft beds that you can barely roll around in I would hope they have other rooms with more firm mattresses

Fantastic location. Wonderful view. Amenities are few.

No staff on duty. Zero interaction from company. Office hours posted; but locked & empty. Discovered an email sent to my home the day of our arrival with room number & code. Tub drained slowly. Had to purchase trash bags to empty trash. No laundry service for 8-day stay. Good news is there is a laundromat not too far away. No ice. Mini fridge freezer completely full of frost and no room for anyrhing. Burnt out bulbs on stair wells.Room constantly too hot with fireplace pilot light burning. Parking is a daily challenge. Broken lamp shade. Spotty wi-fi. Great access to beach just a coupe blocks away. Sound and view of ocean erases lots of flaws. Good memories from this visit outnumber the irritations of the facility.
