We had one gorgeous, sunny day that we spent in and out of the lake, and one rainy, cozy day that allowed us to enjoy the enclosed porch and board games. We hit it just right for the Loon Festival with a great parade and fireworks. The kids also enjoyed jumping off the small dock, while the adult loved the outdoor area in the evenings!"

Minor suggestions: have screens in all windows (to include upstairs) for all around cooling, and have brighter light bulbs in the living and dining areas."
