  • According to Forbes Advisor, Lincoln is the No. 1 city in the U.S. for renters. Modern style and lots of space, this 3 bedroom cottage is perfect for a family getaway or several couples traveling together. The two upstairs bedrooms have a queen size beds and closets. The basement bedroom has an egress window and 2 twin beds. There is a sofa sleeper in the downstairs rec area and an air mattress could also fit in the basement if there are more than 2 couples staying. If you are planning on doing some work while you are here there is a an office on the main floor with a small desk and chair where you can set up shop. If you are traveling with small children there is a playroom downstairs, a booster seat in the kitchen and a toilet set and step stool in the hall closet. While staying in the house you are welcome to catch up on laundry with the washer and dryer or surf the internet. If you are looking for either a fun-filled or chill fall night by the fire you are in luck because the property has a large backyard complete with a fire pit.

    If you are looking for a gaming night or to give the children something to do while you watch a movie, the two 50 inch LED 4K UHD Smart TVs in the living room and basement are equipped with all apps imaginable for your viewing and gaming pleasure!
