Butler's Family Getaway -Loon Mountain/ Pemigewasset River

Located in Lincoln Station, this comfortable, spacious 4 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath townhouse has everything you need, steps away with access to The Pemi River, close to Loon Mountain, and within walking distance to many area restaurants. An extremely cozy living space, large dining table, full kitchen, bar, oversized couch with a large screen TV, and gas fireplace with Mini Split Air Conditioning. Relax with a book and coffee on the back deck with a gas grill. Walk across the street to the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, and game room. Shuttle bus from the front door to the mountain runs seasonally. Fully equipped with Washer and Dryer, towels and linens, air conditioning, fireplace, and WIFI. Additional air conditioners in each king suite.

Perfect place for a family getaway

We stayed here on our family vacation to the NE & it. Was just perfect! The condo was peaceful, had great board games & the beds were very comfortable. The location is walkable to town & the owners were very responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend!

White Mountain Family Vacation

Home and location worked perfectly for our family 7 adults and 3 children. Plenty of space for everyone , large dinning room table and living room. Lots of fun in pool and venturing down to the river .

Comfortable and centrally located VRBO

This was a college reunion stay for five ladies. This VRBO was clean and has plenty of beds, bathrooms and a comfortable great room and dining area to gather. The only concern we had was that some of the light bulbs needed to be replaced. If we were staying in the Lincoln area again we would definitely stay there!

Spacious comfortable place near Loon Mountain

We stayed at Butler's Family getaway for two nights and we loved it! The location was perfect, a short walk to the river and very close to the indoor and outdoor pool area. The house was very spacious with enough seating for the whole family. The rooms were big and beds were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms too. The communication with the host was great with quick responses to any questions. We would definitely rent again.

Perfect getaway

Everything was perfect and our two families had the best time on our stay. Our whole group especially the 2 smaller kids of our group loved everything about this house and had an amazing time. Jon was very responsive to all of my questions and even called me when I messaged him. I would absolutely rent this house again.

Perfect for up to 10, Shuttle to the mountain is key

Hosts are great people, place is very comfortable for two families of 4-5. Gas fireplace is super cozy after a day on the slopes. The shuttle to the mountain is a game changer as parking fills up fast. Teens can come and go as they please giving the parents some well deserved peace! Club house with pool, hit tub, and sauna is also great!

Amazing condo, location and owner

The set up of this condo is perfect for two families, with two master bedrooms and plenty of sleeping space and bedrooms in the basement. House is very, very well stocked and decorated adorably! John is super easy to work with and even tried to help us come up ideas for the kids in the rain. Location for skiing at Loon is perfect too. Will definitely try and book again.
