"I will say this has been some of the best customer service we've recieved at a stay in quite awhile. We stayed for my daughters 18th birthday so it was perfect for that. Only side note id make is some arears look like they may need some repairs. We loved the themed room and seeing all the history throughout the hotel. We will definitely be staying again! "

"Parking situation was a little strange. We pd $10 parking fee and parked in a 2story parking garage across the street from our Hotel! The garage was easy to get to but the stalls were very tight and markings were nonvisable. Noone knew where to park. One poor lady got blocked in. 2nd level was accessed by 2 large flights of sketchy cement stairs. Definately NOT handicap accessible, luckily it wasnt a problem for us but could see alot of problems with that setup. In all fairness They do have another parking garage but it was underground and not connected to hotel either. Staff, amenities, breakfast, coffee and pool were great. "

"On site food and drinks available. Great location near campus especially for volleyball. Great amenities. Clean. One of our fav places to stay when visiting NU"

"Hotel looks newly-renovated, even smells new. Room and linens sparkling clean. Spacious with hair dryer, comfy bed, nice shower. Good breakfast with lots of variety and fresh food. Couldn’t believe all of it came with such a reasonable price! Only drawbacks for me (personal preference): no vending machine with snacks (but a gas station is right across the street) and the fancy coffee machine had lots of latte options but didn’t make very good regular coffee."
