Clean and comfortable enough. Dull, safe location. OK breakfast for this tier of hotel. Some loud guests but was able to drown out their noise with bathroom fan. Front desk staff was very helpful in rebooking me for the same room when I needed to extend my stay one additional night. For a budget stay, this is above average.

Don't stay here!

The neighborhood is not good. There were people fighting and screaming in the hallway all hours of the night. Lots of illegal activity going on. Not a good place for families.

It was perfect, the staff was very friendly, when we first arrived our bathroom tub was plugged up so they moved us to a different room right away and we stayed for two days and they started working on the room with the plugged up bathtub the very next day, our stay was overall perfect and I would recommend this hotel, I would stay here again and I would give them 5 stars, thanks!

It has changed management since our last stay and I prefer the old mom and pop style better. Beds aren’t as comfortable as they used to be, fewer pillows. Just not the same. Still a good value for the stay.
