Dear Thaddues,Thank you so much for taking the time for leaving us a review. First I want to apologize for the troublesome encounter while you were staying with us. I want to assure you that what happened is not the norm. We have front desk coverage 24 hours a day, and are suppose to walk the halls doing security checks, so I'm disappointed my staff didn't pick up on the situation and stop it before it escalated. If you would give us another try, or even staying at a different hotel and an occurrence like this happens contact the front desk so we can intervene.
