"Very easy check in, clean and quaint little cottage. Beautiful scenery in the back with the stream and covered bridge, and a nice bonus to catch the train going along the tracks. Would definitely go back again!"

"The room itself was small but well organized so we had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The check-in process is easy . You are sent a door code the day you arrive .
The location is perfect with restaurants within walking distance. I also like the fact that they have a couple gazebos which are great to sit outdoors even in rainy weather."

"Beautiful, relaxing, clean place! Staff is very friendly, my best friends and I have been going for 4 years in a row to celebrate our birthday! Don't for getting to got check downtown and the twin barns in Meredith"
"The property was very nice. Lobby, grounds, and pool area including fire pits were all well kept and beautiful. It was also convenient to restaurants both at the property and nearby (several within walking distance).
The studio room was clean and nice. However, the bed was small and about 4 inches from the wall on one side making it impossible to get into bed from that side. Obviously there was no nightstand on that side. There were no reading lights and few plugs in the room.
The bathroom was clean with nice finishes (tile, granite countertop) and was stocked with plush towels and nice toiletries. However, there is no storage, no shelves, and the vanity is barely wide enough to hold the provided soap dish and tissue holder. There is no additional countertop to put your clean clothes, a makeup bag, hair products or anything you might bring from home. I didn't really want to put my items from home in the cabinet under the sink with the plunger and extra rolls of toilet paper.
But overall, the property was quite nice. Ideally, I'd give it a 4.5 due to the design flaws of the room but the cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and great location made up for those flaws."
"Easy check in, staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are dated but they are clean. Great water pressure in shower. Pool is nice and pool room is very nice and warm. Wish there wasn't a window for everyone entering the restaurant to look at you while in the pool. Also the rooms do not have microwave in them (one available in office but only during hours open) I would say if they purchased some small microwaves during black Friday deals would greatly improve the rooms. All in all we enjoy our stay here we have been here twice and plan on heading back soon!"
"We were greeted by a nice friendly staff
Our large one bedroom condo, very clean , but a little dated. Balcony looked over the tennis courts and mountains behind.
Location is great, right across the street from Loon Mountain
We throughly enjoyed our stay"
