Enjoy 2 homes each with their own style with ample parking for everyone! Relax with comfortable recliner couches, Nintendos, numerous large TVs throughout each of the houses, 4 beds & 2 fully stocked kitchens (minus food) with coffee makers & an EV charger for your stay!



You get the comfort & convenience of being together in the same the location while still maintaining privacy between these single family homes.



House 1 - Tastefully designed with fully fenced in private backyard, Hot Tub/Spa , Outdoor Egg Chair Swing and sitting area, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 full bathroom with shower/tub with a dual shower head, full kitchen with everything needed to cook, reclining couch, washer/dryer, FREE high speed internet, many vintage original Nintendo games, large TVs in living room and both bedrooms. * Note: Private Hot Tub/Spa is only accessible from within House 1 and does not connect to other house.



House 2 - 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 full bathroom with shower/tub with dual shower head, full kitchen with everything needed to cook, reclining couch, washer/dryer, FREE high speed internet, many vintage original Nintendo games, large TVs in living room and both bedrooms.



Both single level homes are located right near Downtown Lincolnton, HWY 321 and the retail district. A quick 3min drive to downtown will drop you in the center of many unique local shops and restaurants.



These homes comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and are kid-friendly as well. For entertainment, you'll find:



- FREE high-speed internet and 5 large Roku smart TVs with many free channels.

- Classic Nintendo gaming consoles with awesome vintage games like Mario Bros, Kirby and Donkey Kong. Prepare for some funny looks is you are playing with a younger generation of gamers!

- A selection of family firendly board and card games for all ages.



For those traveling with little ones, there are 2 bathtubs, 2 portable folding cribs, kid friendly utensils, plates and cups and high chairs that can be provided upon request free of charge. All bedrooms feature their own private TV for when it's time to wind down.



Both kitchens are fully equipped and have both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, with several complimentary coffee blends to get you started. You will also find integrated USB-A and USB-C charging outlets in the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. All you need is to bring your cable!



There are 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, and some complimentary laundry detergent, various soaps, shampoo, body wash and conditioner for your convenience. The closets have hangers and there are also irons, ironing boards and hair dryers in each home.





Important Information:



- Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) to last for the first few days of your stay depending on guest count.

- Safety Features: For your peace of mind, both homes are equipped with several smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers & first aid kits. There are also exterior security cameras outside the common areas.

- EV Charger: Level 2 Tesla EV Charger with a NACS-style plug.

- Property Notice: This home is part of a very small short and mid-term rental complex which is surrounded by privacy fencing with open access to a large common driveway.



With its convenient location to HWY 321, exploring the region is a breeze.

Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT): 40-minute drive



- You will have access to the entire home, the tall private fenced-in backyard, the patio with its hot tub, swinging chair with sitting area as well as the covered front porch sitting area.

- Self check-in on your schedule is simple and secure with a smart lock.

- Ample, free on-site parking is available and can accommodate large vehicles, trailers, or groups traveling with multiple cars.
