This brand-new home has all the modern amenities, including fiber-optic internet, whole-house filtered well water, heat pumps (heat and AC), and an open-concept floor plan with a comfortable flow. In addition to the dock, there is a welcoming patio from which to view the pond's beauty — spring, summer or fall. In the basement, you’ll have a great spot to escape if the weather turns, but you still want the family fun to continue with games inside!

What's nearby

  • At the top of Mt Battie in Camden, Maine is this tower, constructed in 1921 as a WWI Memorial. There used to be a hotel on this site, but it was torn down in 1920. The tower was built on the site on the former hotel, and several stones from the hotel were used in the construction of the tower. There's a rather strenuous hike to the top of the mountain, but you can also drive right to the top within Camden Hills State Park. #mabattie #camden #camdenhills #maine #sunset #tower #goldenhour
