Great for a large family !

We loved our stay . Kids especially enjoyed the upstairs secret room . The only down side was the eat and spider problem in the back patio, which kept us from enjoying it . Kitchen was fully stocked except for scissors. We would definitely come back again !!!

House was clean and very comfortable. Well stocked with everything we needed. Only thing lacking was spoons! We served gumbo our first night and had to take turns. We all laughed about it! Everyone commented on the comfortable beds and quality linens and towels. Would definitely stay again.

The Perfect Getaway!

This house was PERFECT. It had enough space to accommodate our group (12 college students and 2 adults.) We used it for a group retreat, and it had the right amount of beds, plenty of kitchen and table space for meals, and a living room big enough to accommodate the whole group during our discussions. It was very clean and the beds were all incredibly comfortable. The property is situated in a very nice, walkable neighborhood, while still feeling "isolated" enough for privacy. The host, Adam, was also very friendly and communicative. I cannot recommend this property enough.

Beautiful house and great layout. Wonderful rural area adjacent to lake. Everyone could have their own private bedroom and a great layout for kids upstairs. Spacious outdoor area for play. Also, its layout can give space and not be cramped or diverse if different ones want to do their thing. Comfortable beds and furniture. We were wanting to do activities in Tyler and Canton and it was located within 15 to 25 mins of our planned activities. It was excellent!! Highly recommend and would rent it again. One suggestion: more dish towels and silverware
