Quietly located on a former farm in Lindau, “La Casa nel Verde” offers a peaceful retreat close to Lake Constance, blending a rural setting with excellent regional access.



The lovingly furnished 55 m² apartment accommodates up to 3 guests and features a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with box-spring bed, and a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher is open to the living area. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a smart TV with streaming options. A spacious terrace is directly accessible, and the garden offers various seating areas and a barbecue spot overlooking nature. Two friendly cats live on the property and enjoy being petted. Familienfreundlich, ruhige Lage und nette Gastgeber

Pros: Man hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Tolle ruhige Lage mit netten Nachbarn. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und die Wohnung ist gemütlich und top ausgestattet. Man hat alle basics, die man benötigt und noch mehr. Man ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten in Lindau, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibts es im nächsten Ort (5 min mit dem Auto oder 15 zu Fuß). Ein tolles Ausflugsziel, um dem Alltag zu entkommen und zu entschleunigen.

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Was aber nicht schlimm ist. Es ist super idyllisch und man erreicht alles innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Pros: Het appartement was ruim l, zeer netjes en compleet uitgerust. Prachtige omgeving waar veel te zien is.De gastheer was heel erg attend en vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar. Cons: Alleen de slaapbank als bank in de woonkamer is niet echt handig, voor de rest helemaal prima.

Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Es war ein kleiner Hof . Es gab Hühner die Rumliefen . Der Hof war etwas außerhalb von Lindau . Man hat aber alles in ein paar Minuten erreicht . Es gab viel Natur und viel Ruhe . Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt . Wer die Gegend nicht kennt sollte unbedingt den Vermieter fragen. Der gibt einem super Tips 👍🏻
