Nice stay for a Gasthof experience

The room need a renovation but it was clean. The service is ok. Much better at their restaurant. The check in is very bad organised and the staff is unfriendly. We arrived after a 8hour car drive with kids, they did not even offer a glass of water and there is no check in point or space really. There was some misunderstanding by their side on the payment upon check out, it took us 30 minutes to solve. Honestly, I was quite disappointed by their unfriendliness overall. The restaurant is good and the service is way better

Friendly, helpful staff but check-in on a tablet was tedious, especially as it was all in Geman, which we do not speak. The restaurant was busy which was no surprise as the food is excellent. Breakfast selection was slightly limited but the quality was good. The room was rather small but adequate for one night, however the soundproofing between rooms was almost non-existent.
