"Nice breakfast, unreliable wifi (I had to work during my stay), poor TV reception (I wanted to watch the news while I worked). No instructions to ring the bell at the parking entrance, so I was chided at check in. It's a very tight entrance into the garage, so I was focusing on not damaging my rental car and did not note the bell. "

"When we booked they did not make us aware of renovations that were going on as well as not having a functioning TV although there was one in the room. The construction was very loud and the room is not noise proof. It was also hot in the room and the AC did not work. I would not stay here again!"

"The Ruby Hanna is in a great location. The train to and from the airport is minutes away. The rooms are comfortable and really well thought out. The bed was heavenly and the sheets and other linens were immaculate. They have pared down the unnecessary stuff and thought about what makes a stay enjoyable and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again"
