"Pros - Best breakfast in a hotel I’ve had in a while Easy check in (luckily room was ready for early check in) Clean spa facilities Great location near everything you need for a stay in Chamonix Cons Terrible pillows had a back ache every morning No fridge in rooms Kids in the spa took away from the relaxing element (did have adult only hours but perhaps if more were added throughout the day) Would definitely stay again despite the pillows and overall had a lovely stay. "

"As a family of 4, we stayed in the apartment which was ideal, as the kitchen, lounte and fire made for sociable evenings after finishing on the slopes. All staff were awesone and couldn't do enough for us. Very convenient for the main gondola, 5 mins walk, bus into Chamonix centre 3min walk. Highly recommend"

"The views from this chalet are spectacular - the photos just don’t do it justice. The mountains are all you see from the floor to ceiling windows and the peaks are truly majestic. We were two families vacationing together and our younger kids loved bunking in the loft together and older teens enjoyed the bunk and double rooms. Donatella was an outstanding concierge and helped us immediately fix a couple minor things that came up during our stay. Access to the slopes is great, with everything a 5-30 min drive away depending on where you’re going. We can’t wait to come back!"

"The placed looked much bigger in the pictures than it actually was. The size was listed though but we failed to review it closely. Very tight for us and our 2 children.It took 2 days to get us connected to the WIFI. Apparently server was down or something and the password was not as indicated in the documents on site.Location was good and easily accessable via the buses to Chamonix Center.Workmanship of the interior was good. The woodwork was very nice.The view of Mount Blanc out the front window was pleasant"
