"The stand out for me at the Zermatt resort is the staff. Many amenities can be duplicated but a patient, caring staff that is committed to providing the best hospitality during your stay is rare. Clean rooms are a dime a dozen at a higher price point but the service at this resort truly make a stay at the Zermatt and amazing value."

"I tried to save a few bucks by booking another hotel... I'll save the details, but we were soooo relieved as soon as we walked into Homewood Suites! It was so nice, beautifully decorated for the season, smelled fresh and it was clean. The gentleman that checked us in was very welcoming. We have stayed here before and enjoyed it. My bad experience from the other hotel solidified my choice of never trying to save a buck on a hotel room again. I'll stick to who I know will give me a great experience, even if it costs more!
