"Other reviews had some negative remarks about it being noisy, old and such, therefore I had some reservations prior to our arrival, however, I was pleasantly surprised. The establishment is an older building and with this comes thin walls, outdated fixtures and other bits but overall it was a comfortable stay. The building had a wonderful charm and had a pub on one side that became lively in the evening and yes, cause some noise but being from the city, nothing that would cause me not to be able...

We only had one night on our way to Gatwick, but would recommend it just for the food if you’re in the area 👌"

"An Inn dated back in 1878, a gem. Rooms are currently renovated on its old bone, carries a strong contrast to its pub on the ground floor where homey yummy food served. The staff was super chilled, it’s Peckham after all. Highly recommend!!!"

"A really excellent experience from the moment we arrived. Staff were warm, friendly and efficient. Our room was lovely with a huge comfy bed. The bathroom had a luxury feel and the shower was excellent. We slept very well and then enjoyed our breakfast chosen from a comprehensive menu. Overall, an excellent experience. "

"The location of the hotel is stunning, with great views from the top of Leith. Very, very quiet surroundings. The room was comfortable but with repairs needed to furniture and equipment. Food was good quality but be prepared for a wait. An interesting stay!"

"The hotel experience is average with friendly staff. The AC/heating system is my biggest issue. Other than that, pretty spacious for what you pay for. 6/10 experience. "
