The free breakfast and dinner in this hotel are exceptional. Staff is very kind.

Beautiful hotel - spacious rooms. Our rate included both dinner and breakfast, which made this a true bargain.

It got better
It was a long wait to check in because the receptionist was alone at the desk and was booking rooms with clients on the phone while we wait in line to check in.

Fabulous hotel for business trip
Lovely quiet hotel. Facilities and food/drink were excellent. Good sized room with comfy double bed. Wet room type shower was very nice. The hot tub/sauna on the roof was worth the extra money as I split it with 5x other colleagues. Would definitely stay again.

Nice and central location. Difficult to park - hotel parking was full. Paid for a larger room, but the room we got was hot like an oven! On ground floor so could not open windows and AC did not work. Managed to switch to a room on the first floor, but then didn't get the 2 twin bed I had paid for. Great bfst buffet, and reasonable evening buffet.

Great value for money
The receptionis was very helpful and sorted out my schedule as my plan had changed around the number of nights I was planning to stay. The breakfast was great and the evening meal was a nice bonus.

We stayed here for six nights and found the staff welcoming and friendly. The location is ideal for visiting the town and attractios and is in close proximity to the Cathedral, Castle and Cathedral Museum and St Lars Church. It is a ten minute bus ride to the Air Museum and Gamla Lindkoping. The 3 and 13 buses stop right outside. The breakfasts were good as were the evening meals. Special praise should go to the chef who rustled up a variation of one evening meal as we were allergic to some ingredients. He adapted it without using those ingredients, brought the meals to our table personally and returned to ask after our meal and took the plates away himself ! Can't get any better service than that. Couldn't imagine Gordon Ramsay doing it ! Generally the hotel is excellent and I would have given it five stars but for some things that happened. Firstly, I sustained a very badly bruised lower back when we were entering our room and another guest opened the door opposite .right onto it. The outward opening doors are dangerous. Secondly, I slipped on the tiled floor in the restaurant where there was a lot of wet under the tea and coffee machines that hadn't been wiped up by staff. I banged my right forearm on the hard work surface. A member of staff quickly brought me a cloth containing ice which helped reduce the swelling and bruising. Thirdly, the latter wasn't helped by the lift doors prematurely closing onto the arm at a later time. Despite this we would still recommend this

Wonderful stay
Wonderful location, clean, and amazing breakfast! Biggest downfall is the small size of the rooms and incredibly small bathroom with awful shower setup that results in water being sprayed everywhere in the bathroom anytime you use it. Still, would stay here again.

Friendly welcome. Room was modern and comfortable. Decent breakfast buffet. Also quite a substantial evening buffet is included in the room rate. If you are a fan of ABBA this hotel is quite significant as it is the place where Benny and Björn met for the first time in 1966. They have a commemorative bench outside the hotel where you can sit and listen to ABBA songs. I loved it!

Trevligt välkomnande, perfekt läge (nära till allt men inte stökigt och högljutt), trevlig uteservering men relaxen på taket var inte så illa den heller! Kaffe och kaka i lobbyn, jätteGOD kvällsmat och finfin frukost. Valuta för pengarna på riktigt!

Fick byta rum två ggr. Första rummet hade typ 39 graders rumstemp, nästa rum var som att bo ovanför maskinrummet på "Cinderella" ljudmäsdigt. Tredje rummet var ok, efter att man packat upp så gick brandlarmet. En micro i receptionen hade typ exploderat.
