Open plan solution with one bedroom and bathroom upstairs, the upper floor has 4 bedrooms, a large living room and a bathroom. Light fixtures with large windows on the ground floor, three patio doors, lake view. A large front porch. Access to laundry room with two washing machines. Green area, close to Svinsta lake, can get fishing licenses. It is about 1.1 miles into town and 7 km if you only want to shop for food.
