"Had to do some cleaning upon arrival. The stuffed animal display shelf area in the bar had dust and insects on it. The deck required some sweeping and bird droppings on the wooden furniture needed wiping. The remainder of the property was very nice and clean."

"I have rented this house 3 times. Once booked for a girl's weekend that the girls loved so much, they booked it the next year. Twice with family. Grandkids love the house and of course the lake. We brought a water trampoline that the kids loved, plus the house had a lily pad, kayaks and paddle boards. They would have lived in the lake all day if I would have let them. I myself loved being in the kayak all day. Love the cozy fire pit at night with roasting of marshmallows for smores. The peaceful atmosphere is awesome. Went cruising after dinner on our rented golf cart to search for wildlife and of course made a visit to the Lake shop for ice cream cones. By the way you really don't need to search for the deer they come up across the street to graze at dusk. The host is very accommodating and responds quickly to questions. Just a great place to spend family time together."

"We had an extended family trip. Everyone loved the accomodations. Plenty of room for us all to spread out. Even a close pool in Pleasanton to give some relief from the heat. Thank you for wonderful stay."

"Cute house! Loved the private dock, Blackstone, and deck! Our whole family had a ball playing the Wii along with several other games they had. The host was extremely personable and very good at communicating! We had the best time!"

"House is great, lots of room, and plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces. Meagan was a great host. It was an unusual summer with much more rain than usual for Kansas, but still had a wonderful time playing pool when swimming wasn't optimal. I don’t think I’ll ever get my fill of Linn Valley Lake; it’s so peaceful and quiet during the week. You basically have the lake to yourself. Also, there are a table and 4 chairs on the dock which doesn't show up in the listing pictures, but is convenient for morning coffee or snacking on the dock. Hope to come back next year!"

"This is our second time to stay at the Farm on our way back to Texas. Fresh eggs in the fridge, coffee and snacks, and a rooster telling us goodbye. Lovely apartment and surroundings - lovely hosts."
