Located on South Linwood Beach, just south of the Linwood Beach Marina and Campground, this newly furnished house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, a kitchen/dining area and laundry on the main floor.

This house has all new furniture, bedding, towels and a fully stocked kitchen. This charming property is perfect for a family beach getaway or a weekend filled with ice fishing and snowmobiling with friends. The property includes a seawall and a ramp with beach/water access. Just 10 minutes north of Bay City, our place will help you experience everything the Tri-cities has to offer.

This listing is for the main level of the house. The upstairs will be furnished and available by Memorial Weekend.
