Cottage rental 9 people Château Belle Epoque Landes

Detached and independent house that can accommodate 9 people, it has a double bedroom upstairs with a single bed, as well as another double bedroom and a bedroom with four single beds. A powder room and a bathroom. Dining room with equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven). Furnished terrace with barbecue available, view of the park and the swimming pool. Free WI-FI available throughout the property, access to the heated outdoor swimming pool shared with other holidaymakers, tennis court, children's playground.

For a house rental, you will have the possibility to take the cleaning option or to do the complete cleaning yourself at no cost. Even if you choose the option, a minimum of cleaning will be required, emptying all the bins, putting away the dishes, folding the blankets, grouping the sheets and towels on the ground floor and emptying the refrigerator of all food.

The price for the cleaning option varies depending on the size of your rental (€300), this option can be chosen at the time of booking or at the latest 14 days before your arrival, it will no longer be possible to choose it afterwards.

If you decide to do the cleaning yourself (cleaning products available), you will have to return the accommodation in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged to you on the deposit. An inventory of fixtures will be carried out on entry and exit.
