"Bathtub was dirty. I only had a sheet on my bed- no blanket. The TV stand was broken- I went to turn the tv so I could see from the bathroom and it almost fell over. The broken foot was resting on the cable box. Breakfast was supposed to open at 6 and at 725 when I left, was still closed. Breakfast was 50% of the reason I booked this hotel- I’m bike touring. So I started a 100 mile day with zero calories. Then when I wanted to check out, there was no clerk. I rang the bell 3 times, waited awhile, and no one came. I just left the key. I do NOT recommend this hotel. There are plenty of other options. "

"What an amazing stay at this hotel. Super clean, quiet and the afternoon hors d’oeuvres / drink cards was great to enjoy. The next morning a full breakfast bar to start your day off. The staff was nice and I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Baton Rouge "

"The hotel is older even though it has been remodeled at some point. The room and hallway had a very unpleasant odor that smelled very similar to urine. The on duty staff were told but did not seem to be concerned about it. Normally I am very pleased with holiday inn express but was very disappointed in this particular hotel."

"Good location. Nice room. Valet parking. You are forced to use a porter because they have the luggage carts. They are not for guests. "
