"A great location and it is quiet. There are quiet hours and people actually adhere to them. We were by the pool and had a great night of sleep. The room was clean, smelled clean when we went in and was very roomy for 4. You have your own numbered parking spot, in and out is easy. You are walking distance to their private fishing pier, there is also a pavilion to sit and just watch the water. Shopping is right down the road and Corpus is 30 mins away. No complaints at all and will definitely be back."

"The place was clean, comfortable, and new-feeling. The host even supplied extra beach supplies like chairs, cooler, beach towels in addition to what was already available. We basically used it as a landing spot to just sleep and shower and didn’t request breakfast or check out the silo, so I can’t comment on those amenities. I’m sure if we had spent more time on the property we would have loved it all. Would recommend!"

"Came with family to do some fishing which also included grandkids. Had plenty of space for everyone. Plenty of seating for everyone to sit and eat. Loved the pool/hottub. Perfect for walking across the street to fish. Fulton pier is just a few minutes away. Great house for an unwinding weekend."
