  • In the heart of Perigord purple, Perigord house located in the countryside quiet and
    nice.
    Near various leisure activities: pedestrian path, golf, equestrian center, tennis.
    Village with restaurant and bread store and close to Bergerac, vegetable and poultry market on Wednesday and Saturday morning. It is located about fifteen kilometers from the airport. Also a lot of activities like night markets located in the neighboring villages.(Tastings of regional products).
    Detached house furnished and equipped with 10 rooms of houses, surrounded by courtyard and garden for an accommodation of 15 persons, including:
     -6 bedrooms including: 5 double beds, 4 beds of 90, a folding bed, an umbrella bed and a cot and 2 baby chairs.Draps and towels provided.
    - 2 bathrooms: shower and massage tubs in each
    - 2 toilets
    -A fitted kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, American fridge, freezer, oven, coffee maker, coffee maker etc ..
    TV, hi-fi system, internet
    -Terrasse glazed adjoining a studio that includes a bedroom, a kitchen shower and toilet.
    6Piscine 10x5 Secured by an alarm and a wall breeze blocks adjoining a lean-to with a garden lounge and a barbecue.

Family Fun!

We lived spending time at this lovely house. The outdoor space was fantastic and we spent most of our time outside in the pool or using the outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. The house was comfortable and had lots of room to alliw everyone their own space. Thank you for a lively stay.

We were so impressed with this villa- 15 of us which included 4 children and it never felt crowded, slightly out of the way to some amenities but we like that. Villa is far superior to the photos shown, we would definitely go again

Lovely stay and sad to leave after a week. Well equipped (especially with kitchenware) and good facilities. Good water pressure for the showers and lots of fans for the hotter days. House felt spacious for our 2 families. Loved eating outside and utilising the games room, BBQ and of course the swimming pool! Everything was clean, tidy and well maintained. Really enjoyed the short walk downhill to the village restaurant. Beautiful surroundings and well connected for exploring Bergerac and the surrounding areas. Highly recommend a stay here!

5 adultes, 2 ados et 6 enfants (2x6 ans, 3x8 ans et 1x10 ans) maison spacieuse, de la place pour tout le monde, des grandes chambres, une belle cuisine que nous n'avons pratiquement pas utilisee car une splendide cuisine extérieure à coté de la piscine qui suffit amplement. Propriétaire très sympa et très discrète qui habite un peu plus loin. Bref de sublimes vacances avec un temps splendide toute la semaine.

Lovely home, better than expected, short walk to restaurant

Continued investment in outside space, new outside kitchen extension is excellent (not on the photos). it lacks A/C but we managed. Needs an extra large sofa for TV nights. Other than that, it is a large home with plenty of cooking utensils, crockery and wine glasses. Fabulous! Very friendly people. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Great family house

Excellent quiet country location in this large very well equipped home. Pool facilities, outdoor spaces, games room and extensive gardens kept all entertained. More than enough equipment in the house to enable us to prepare some very tasty meals. Bergerac plus local airport close by. Found places to swim in river or lakes plus paddle board and canoe. Area great for all ages - ours ranging from 7 to 79! Thoroughly recommend a stay here for large group.

Excellent house and location

The house has excellent bedrooms ensuring that everybody in our party of 14 had a very comfortable stay. The pool area is superb with a beautiful covered area and outdoor kitchen and gas barbeque which enabled us to be outdoors during the heatwave yet remain in shade. A short walk down a track brought us to the village centre after only a few minutes where there is an excellent and very reasonably priced restaurant together with an epicerie which provided our morning pastries and baguettes. An excellent place to stay.

The best house we've been with a group of friends!

Thank you Maria for your hospitality. Each year we go on holiday with a group of families with small children and we have never had such a good stay before. Your house is very well equiped and safe for little children. We loved the pool and the outside kitchen so much! Also the area is lovely and green but not too far from a store or places to see.

Un merveilleux séjour

Une maison spacieuse, bien conçue et très bien équipée qui a permis d'accueillir trois générations sans que personne ne se gêne. La piscine et son immense terrasse couverte ont été appréciées par tous. De même que la salle de sport et le jardin.Une des plus belle maison que nous ayons loué l'été ! Et une propriétaire accueillante et arrangeante que nous remercions pour sa gentillesse.

Well appointed, spacious house with lovely outdoor facilities.

After a little confusion when making the final booking and payment, all went well. I needed to use my limited French as Maria also had limited English but we managed quite well. She was charming and helpful, especially as we arrived early, and attentive to pool maintenance, a problem we have had in the past. The family loved the house and outdoor space, the games room and the opportunity to eat ‘al fresco’ all the time by the pool- a real delight. The house is well equipped for all self catering needs Visits to wineries, day and night markets, funpark, kayaking, visit to chateaux, walking, cycling, exploring lovely villages, all within about 30-45 mins of the house. Tout d'abord un très bon accueil dans cette très belle et grande maison périgourdine pouvant recevoir plus de 15 personnes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'équipent culinaire ainsi que tout l'équipement extérieur ( plancha, piscine, auvent...). Même en cas de mauvais temps la pièce principal est très agréable à vivre. La proximité de Bergerac est également appréciable. Un grand merci pour l'attention des propriétaires ainsi que leur gentillesse.
