"Cozy, clean and friendly motel located conveniently on the Santa Fe main drag. Like stepping back in time with a cool neon sign and vintage Southwestern charm with no hipster nonsense. Management accommodated our slightly late arrival with no worries."
"The rooms were clean and neat . The front desk staff yesterday evening was super kind and generous and help us find a good place to find nice resturant . "
"Close to downtown but everything you would want in a high end resort from stargazing to horseback riding to quality restaurant and pool with attentive and friendly staff"
"Food options were good, but limited. The scenery was breathtaking as well as the nearby Santa Fe and the tours we took to the Indian reservation and Los Alamos"

"The service at this hotel is what really stands out. We stayed in the Mesa Verde Suite in the Hacienda. I would definitely choose this if we returned and it's worth the upgrade. The room is fine, a bit older and with no real view, but having access to the butler and concierge is a nice touch and something not generally done at other hotels of this quality. The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the plaza, but there's a shuttle to take you there and back if you don't want to walk. "
"This is a very special Santa Fe property. It is easy to walk to the plaza and the railroad district. The property displays a lot of Native American art so it is lovely just to walk around and see the art. This is the third time we have stayed at this property and we love it. "
