This large, functional and well-equipped gîte is located on the edge of a quiet village near a working farm.
With family or friends, you can discover Nicolas's herd of cows, featuring 12 different breeds: Vosges, Brown Alpine, Flemish Red, Montbéliarde, Simmental, Norman, Tarine, and Holsein Priml...
Not to mention the other animals present: sheep, goats, donkeys, and ponies.

Nearby attractions: Pont-à-Mousson (15 km), train station, all shops, Grand Bleu leisure center, Place Duroc, Prémontrés Abbey, and Musée au Fil du Papier-Mâché.
Nancy (Place Stanislas), Metz (Centre Pompidou), and Verdun (45 minutes).
Lake Madine and its activities (15 km). 136 m² gîte on 3 levels, adjoining 2 other accommodations and the owner's farm.
Ground floor: entrance hall, living room, kitchen with access to the terrace (garden furniture and barbecue) and then enclosed grounds, bathroom (shower and bathtub), separate toilet.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms (3 single beds (90x190cm) and 2 double beds (140x190cm). Shower room, toilet.
2nd floor: 17 m² attic space (33 m² floor area) with 6 single beds (90x190cm).

The rate includes: bed linen for the stay (beds made upon arrival), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity (with reasonable consumption).
Bathroom linen (towel and washcloth) not provided and not available for rental.

Due to the surface area of the living areas on the ground floor, capacity is limited to 10 people. The owner offers two other independent gîtes on the same site: Le P'tit Jojo and Le Mi-temps.
You will be welcomed at the gîte by the owner.
