Private Terrace Apartment in the Centre of Lisbon
This 80m² apartment, located on the 4th floor of a traditional building (no lift, only wooden stairs), consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with a shower. The living room is cosy and the dining area is functionally integrated with the fully equipped kitchen, ready to prepare your meals. Of course, the most outstanding feature of the apartment is its private terrace.
The independent kitchen is equipped with all the essential utensils: fridge, microwave, induction hob, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, as well as all the crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
*Essential items are provided in an initial quantity for the first nights of your stay.

- put the rubbish in the respective containers outside the building;
- leave the apartment keys on the table;
- close the apartment and the building.
Please be careful not to make noise between 10pm and 8am.

L'appartement réclame de bonnes jambes: une soixantaine de marches à gravir pour y accéder. L'escalier est raide donc mais ne présente pas de danger (enfants peu recommandés).
Le gros soucis vient de la cuisine. Meubles abîmés, propreté relative (au moins une blatte).
La terrasse séduisante en photo est finalement peu utilisée: elle surplombe l'arrière cour ingrate d'un appartement au rez de chaussée.
Certaines ampoules étaient hors service.
Immeuble très silencieux mais bruits réguliers des camions poubelle la nuit. Bonne situation dans la ville, à deux pas de la place Marques de Pombal. Le service d'accueil est à l'écoute des demandes des locataires.
Appartement bien situé, 5 mn à pied du métro, quartier calme.
Appartement au 3ème étage, attention escaliers raides...
Des détails sont à revoir : nombre de couverts ridicule (seulement 2 petites cuillères...), 2 oreillers pour 3 personnes, lave-vaisselle non fixé (en le chargeant, il penche en avant....), plan de travail très abîmé vers l’évier. Problème plus gênant : le compteur saute quand on utilise la plaque électrique avec micro-onde par exemple. Terrasse agréable, immeuble calme.
