However, it is with great surprise that we received your comment regarding the photographs of the apartments, and the fact that this has caused you a misunderstanding. In more than three years of working with this platform, with our apartments advertised, this has never happened to us. All guests knew perfectly well which apartment they were booking, and which photos to match. Never, until today, have we received any comments or even questions about this matter. We will try, however, together with the platform, to make this information even more understandable than it already is. Regarding the size of the apartment, it is worth remembering that it is located in the neighborhood of Alfama, one of the oldest and most historic neighborhoods in lisbon, with all houses having this same dimension, as they are historic houses. It should also be noted that both apartments (the one you chose and the one you thought you were choosing) have different prices, having opted for the economic one, since the other, being larger and having a chaise-long, has a higher value. We would also like you to have given us this indication as soon as you entered, and not just 24 hours later, so that we can act immediately in favor of your stay. Thank you, Alfama Dream Apartments

Good morning, We regret that your experience did not go as we wish it had. We appreciate your feedback and will try to solve all the negative points you pointed out in your comment, so that they will not recur in the future. Regarding the baby's crib, as you were told at check-in, it was a misunderstanding at the communication level and therefore, caught off guard, it was difficult for us to find a better solution for your baby, although we did our best to find the best way for you to be satisfied. Buenas tardes.Sentimos mucho que su estancia no haya sido totalmente de su agrado.Sin embargo, cuando reservó la habitación, tenía fotos del lugar y la ubicación geográfica del lugar, por lo que pudo ver que los pisos están situados en el antiguo barrio de Alfama. El barrio de Alfama es uno de los más antiguos de Lisboa, por lo que es normal que las calles sean más estrechas. Además, para aquellos que viajan, es importante saber que Lisboa es la ciudad de las siete colinas, por lo que también es normal que haya una serie de subidas y bajadas empinadas.
