We stayed in November, so the apartment was damp, especially after heavy rain. As stated, the bathroom is small. We loved the location, 5 mins from the metro. The area felt very safe. 10 mins walk from Lidl. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. The apartment felt a bit dusty. We had an issue with mosquitos after having the windows open. We didn’t see the owners in the 5 days that we were there, which was a bit odd that they didn’t come to say hello. Great WIFI, bottle of wine on arrival. This apartment would be better in summer.

A relaxing holiday

The hosts José and Maria are very kind and helpful. The studio is spotless and well equipped. After a day of sightseeing, it is very pleasant to come home and relax in the garden. The metro station is within easy walking distance so you can park the car and get to all the sights without the stress of driving.

Très bon accueil de José, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est à l’écart du centre de Lisbonne tout en étant très proche par la ligne directe du métro (station à 2 minutes à pied). Épicerie et resto sur place. Jardin à disposition.

Locatie was super goed net zoals het internet. Heerlijke tuin en gratis parkeren mogelijk bij de oude dame. De badkamer vonden we te klein en mag een update krijgen. Een vocht eter kan geen kwaad maar wel heerlijk cool. Absoluut aan te bevelen en je bent zo in het centrum van Porto met de dichtbij zijnde metro.

Surpreendente!

Estúdio muito bem localizado (com um bom restaurante ao lado), à nossa chegada fomos muito bem recepcionados pela filha do Sr. José, que nos atendeu de uma forma nunca antes experimentada, devido a sua cortesia e atenção. Conheci após o locatário, Sr. José, uma pessoa muito culta e amável, Nada a reclamar ou comentar sobre o imóvel, simplesmente perfeito!

Charmant endroit en pleine banlieue !

Très bon accueil de la part de José et de Maria. Location très bien située tout près du métro et d un commerce. Agrément du jardin après les journées bien remplies.... Très jolie décoration de l interieur ! Salle de bains bien petite, mais avec tout ce qu il faut...Nous gardons un très bon souvenir.

Logement très bien situé près de Lisbonne

Situation idéale, métro à proximité pour aller rapidement au centre de Lisbonne. Très facile pour garer son véhicule (gratuit devant la maison). Très bien équipée, mais salle de bain trop petite, aménagement à revoir. Il y a le jardin qui permet de se reposer ou manger dehors ce qui est bien car l'intérieur du logement est sombre (sous sol avec très petites fenêtres). Bilan très positif, à conseiller.

Nice and comfy apartment

We stayed 4 days at this apartment in Aug 2018 (2 adults and 2 kids - 4 and 10 yo). The apartment is lovely, very well decorated and kept, the beds are really really comfortable - which is really enjoyable after a long day through Lisbon. Everything was super clean when we arrived. The terrace is absolutely lovely. The area is pretty calm and the subway is just a couple minutes away. If you’re driving there’s parking space in the street and the highway’s just a few hundred meters away. The only reason we’re not giving it 5 stars is the size of the bathroom. It is very clean and has everything you need but due to its size it feels a bit packed and not easy to use with a young child. But the owners definitely make up for this tiny flaw. They have been super responsive even though they were abroad when we arrived. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Lisbon.

Numa zona calma de Lisboa e perto de tudo. Os proprietários são muito amáveis e acolhedores. Quem for a Lisboa, recomendo que arrende este apartamento para puder disfrutar dum pequeno-almoço por debaixo de um limoeiro e uma laranjeira...... Aconselho.

Easy access to metro and hwy

We had a great experience. The bedrooms were good and comfy. The bathroom was a bit small but the rest of the place made up for it. We felt safe and really enjoyed our stay. Great thing about this place is we didn’t have to climb stairs to get home.

Excellent emplacement ; centre de Lisbonne à 15 min de métro . Quartier résidentiel au calme. ( c’est ce que nous recherchions). Commodités à distance de marche. Un petit bémol sur la capacité du chauffe-eau ( nous étions trois adultes), mais finalement, il chauffe assez vite. José et son épouse sont très sympathiques, attentifs et très serviables. Adorables. L’appartement est très joliment décoré. La fraîcheur du logement peut être un atout en cas de fortes chaleurs. Séjour très agréable, et un excellent souvenir de notre rencontre avec les propriétaires.

Bon sejour

Tres bon accueil des propriétaires avec une gentille intention à notre arrivée en nous offrant une bouteille de vin, intimité préservée, Points forts : propreté irréprochable (sanitaires, linge de lit et de toilette, vaisselle, appareils divers), tout le nécessaire pour un bon sejour, un petit jardin sympathique (citronnier, Olivier....) qui nous a permis des petits déjeuners agréables et la proximité du métro pour nos différentes visites. Points négatifs : une salle de bain très très très petite et peu fonctionnelle du fait de son exiguïté mais néanmoins très propre, peu de clarté du fait de sous sol mais qui se compense par une agréable fraîcheur après une journée très chaude en température. En conclusion, nous recommandons ce logement pour un petit séjour sur lisbonne. Merci encore aux propriétaires.

Excellent séjour à Lisbonne

Les propriétaires sont très agréables et serviables. Appartement très propre et au confort suffisant pour quelques jours. Le métro est à 200 m et on met à peine 20 mn pour atteindre directement le centre ville.
