We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for what we needed during our time in Lisbon. The location was great, and our host was very responsive and helpful, which made everything super easy. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great communication with Flavio and nice apratment. Works best for 2 people. We were able to walk about 20 minutes to the more touristy areas. We would stay there again!

We had a great stay! We spent 4 nights here, shopped at the local grocery store (recommended by Flavio), ate great pizza across the street, and bought some forgotten necessities directly across the street. The cafe and pastry/cafe are also fabulous! The apartment is decorated really cool, and had any supplies we needed. Flavio (the owner/host) is amazing at responding immediately any questions or issues we had. Very personable and friendly! The beds/sofa were comfortable for sleeping on, but could be even better with a couple extra pillows. I saw someone else had mentioned they wished they knew about the stairs to the upstairs bedroom- I get it…. They are narrow, but it was alright for us. Would not be very good for young kids, or elderly people with mobility issues. While there were many attractions in walking

An Amazing Stay in Lisbon!

My stay at Flavio’s apartment in Lisbon was absolutely wonderful! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Flavio was an amazing host—very kind, responsive, and attentive to every detail. I truly appreciated his hospitality and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Lisbon. We were two Canadians visiting Lisbon for the first time. It was a safe and cozy place to land when we first arrived and a great home base, close to all amenities and the city centre. Flavio was responsive to any issues or concerns.

perfect stay in this beautiful, very comfortable, well-located apartment.

the apartment is very comfortable and large. it has all the necessary appliances for a short or long stay. the apartment is very well located in Lisbon, close to a metro station. you can easily reach the Tagus on foot. Flavio communicates perfectly, he answers questions quickly. I recommend it and I will come back with pleasure.

Close to many transportation lines. Clean, easy access.

The best indicator of a host is when things don't go smoothly. Flavio was immediately available online when we couldn't figure out the router and blew a fuse. And was understanding when we lost the site's umbrella. All was as advertised, along with a lovely welcoming gift. I don't remember it being in the description, but the second bedroom is up a narrow and vertical spiral staircase which isn't for everyone.

This apartment is excellent for visiting Lisbon and exploring on foot or public transportation -close to the Intedente metro station, buses and the #28 tram. It’s easy to enter with a code and has an elevator to the first floor. Inside it’s roomy and cosy and has a view over the street which isn’t noisy. The main bedroom is comfortable and close to the bathroom. We didn’t need to use the 2nd bedroom that’s up a metal spiral staircase. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking with full stove, microwave and Espresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Flavio is a gracoious host who answers queries promptly. I recommend.

Great stay

The apartment was very clean. It is a short walk to the metro but it is uphill. The location was great with coffee shops and restaurants easily accessible. The second bedroom is an upstairs loft with a very narrow and winding staircase. We left the suitcase downstairs. There was a coffee maker there but no coffee pods so we did not use it. There is a kettle for boiling water and there were tea bags. The washing machine and the tv worked but had no instructions so we had to figure it out ourselves. Check in and check out were super easy. Flavio was responsive by email and answered any questions we had. There are a few steps to get into the building and then there is an elevator. We thought this was a great apartment for our stay in Lisbon. We would highly recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The host was very responsive and the place was spacious and had characters. The host let us check in early which was much appreciated. The location was very good and we walked to a lot of tourist places. We had issues with the electrical circuit. Every time we turned on the kettle, we would lose power. We had to flip back the switch in the switch pane many times. But mind you that we had the heaters on at the time so it is probably fine in warmer months. Also we had a hard time opening the door using the key the first time. But after you get used to it, it is not an issue. No coffee provided but there was a expresso machine. Some teabags were offered. No washing detergent provide even though there was a washer, but not a deal breaker. Overall a ver nice stay! Thanks Flavio! Would definitely recommend!

Appartamento comodo posizionato a due passi dalla stazione metro Intendente. Comodo per chi ha un auto con sé in quanto presente un comodo posto auto interno. L'unico neo l'assenza di condizionatore d'aria visto il grande caldo estivo specie nella stanza da letto del soppalco
