My space is near the center of the city of Alcochete and 15 minutes from Lisbon. There are parks, art and culture, beautiful scenery and restaurants. You will love my space because of the warmth, the neighborhood, the comfortable bed and the kitchen. My space is good for couples, individual adventures, business travelers, families (with kids), large groups, and furry friends (pets). The house is nice, modern and with great amenities. Alcochete is situated on the south bank of the Tagus Estuary and is the gateway to Europe's most important wetland. The municipality of Alcochete is part of the Metropolitan Area of ??Lisbon, benefiting from privileged access to the capital through the Vasco da Gama Bridge, as well as access to the North motorway, IC 32, and the A2 link. The municipality has an area of ??approximately 128.5 km2, is composed of three parishes: Alcochete, Samouco and São Francisco, registering, according to the 2011 Census, 17 565 inhabitants. The proximity to the Tagus Estuary Natural Reserve, considered one of the most important wintering areas in Europe, for several species of waterfowl, gives it importance and is in itself an attraction for those who like to enjoy unique moments of proximity to nature.
