Great Location

This property is in the middle of Old Town, across from the bus station and very close to the train station. Restaurants and the Beach are in very close proximity. The apartment was very clean and spacious and was exactly as depicted on line. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with the owner was seamless and he responded to questions very quickly. There is some construction going on in the building so it can be noisy at times during the day. You might want to check with the owner on the status of the construction.

Well located Apt center Cascais--Everything you need!

Traveling with grown children can be tricky. This Apt made it easy. My two negative details are slightly dusty curtains and old toilet brushes in bathrooms. Beyond that fully equipped and loved new washing machine. Wonderful to be 5 mins. to rua direita área and Conceição beach. Thanks for all João!

Great location spacious apartment

This apartment is conveniently located across the street from the bus station and a very short walk from the train station. Note: the apartment is on the third floor (no elevators) which wasn't an issue for us. Beds were comfortable. Apartment is quite spacious. There were enough utensils in the kitchen so we could prepare a meal at "home". Apartment is within walking distance to the square and numerous eateries as well as grocery stores (there is grocery store right across the street). The only drawback we can think of is the beeping of the walk signal from the traffic light which is right outside the apartment. The "walk" signal beeps (for the vision impaired) all night long. Other than that the apartment was very adequate. Check in was flawless and easy. Host was quick to answer any inquiries.

Très bien. Accès très facile pour tout. Seul bémol, le confort des lits jumeaux devraient être améliorés. Un seul des trois lits jumeaux étaient confortables pour un adulte

Insagesamt ok als Standort für Ausflüge

Lage gegenüber von Busstation und Einkaufscenter hat Vor- und Nachteile. Man ist praktisch mitten in der Stadt, nur 5 Minuten vom Strand, der Fußgängerzone und auch dem Bahnhof entfernt, von dem aus man sehr einfach und kostengünstig nach Lissabon kommt. Es war nicht so laut, wie wir befürchtet hatten. Der Blick aus den Fenstern lohnt sich ebenso wenig wie der Balkon. Insgesamt jedoch eine sehr gute Wohnung, wenn man hauptsächlich dort schlafen und essen will. Kontakt zum Vermieter war positiv und unproblematisch.

Spacious and Welcoming.

This apartment met all our expectations. It was spacious and very comfortable. We had air conditioning in all the rooms which was excellent given some of the hot days in Cascais. The rooms were bright and spacious with double glazing patio doors in the living /dinning room and the master bed room with the ensuite bathroom. There were two balconies one attached to the living room and the other to the master bedroom. The apartment is located on the second floor. It is opposite to Cascais bus terminus which is handy to when organizing day trips to Sintara for example. All shops, markets and beaches are within walking distance. Cascais is a very clean and safe town with very friendly people. We will be returning at some point in the near future and will be staying at Lurdes apartment again.

Ampio appartamento in centro a Cascais, super pulito, ben curato e comodo per gli spostamenti con i mezzi pubblici. Il centro commerciale della città si trova difronte all'ingresso e il parcheggio è veramente comodo sposto casa.
