Charming House with sunny terrace & swimming pool
1 bedroom house located inside a small farm.
Rural area about 8km from the beach and 10km from the center of Ericeira.
The house does not accommodate 4 adults, it is ideal for 2 adults with a maximum of 1 child.
The pool is shared but only with one more small house and with the owners ... who from time to time are also entitled to a swim :)) In other words, there are never a lot of people !!
Located in an agricultural area but also residential, quiet area but just minutes from everything.
This house has a very sunny terrace facing the small forest.
