Cosy River View Flat

Cozy apartment in Graça with a splendid view, short walking distance to: Alfama, Panteão Nacional, flea market "Feira da Ladra", Miradouro da Senhora do Monte, Miradouro da Graça, Tram 28.


The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and the living room has a sofa-bed. You can enjoy your meals in the dining area or at the balcony while you appreciate the amazing river view.

The apartment also has a private parking space in the garage that you may use for free.

A cosy, charming and comfortable house (70 m2) with a superb balcony to the River. The apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed (160x200) and the living room has a nice sofa-bed for two. You can take your meals on the dining area or at the balcony while you appreciate the amazing river view or the sunset. The apartment also has a private garage that you may use for free.

When staying in a hotel guests are used to show their IDs at checkin. Short term rentals are also required to report guest’s information to SEF - it is called the Accommodation Bulletin.
