Very comfortable modern apartment composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with bath), living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a superb and spacious space, with 2 terraces, two balconies, one has access from both bedrooms and is facing the field and the other is facing the sea has access through the living room and the kitchen. The apartment has a splendid decoration, as you can see from the photos presented.
The apartment is located in a condominium in Ericeira, very quiet, with a playground, café, restaurant and mini market and lots of parking, in a very quiet area and is a 15-minute walk from the beach and the town center. This accommodation is comfortable and spacious and is fully equipped and furnished in a modern style so that you have all the comfort you desire.

It was completely renovated a year ago and is in a new state.
It is located close to the village, beaches, shops, supermarkets and the highway, 5 minutes by car and 10 walking.
