It is on the fourth floor. The elevator gives access to the garage below the building, with parking for one car.

The flat has a living room with a big sofa bed, dining table for four, International TV and free wifi Internet: the windows are double-glazed.
There is a bedroom with a double bed - sheets and towels are provided.
There is a bathroom with a tub and shower and the kitchen is fully equipped.

This apartment is very comfortable and well equipped and extremely well situated. It is just a few minutes walk to the metro, tram 15 which goes to Belem and starts from the next square Praca da Figuera, tram 28 which stops on the opposite side of the Praca Martin Monez, and Rossio station from where you can get a train to Sintra.

Spacious and great location

This apartment was more spacious than we expected. It had lots of natural light and had everything we needed. Although the square out front could be a bit noisy you couldn’t beat the location for proximity to transit and many popular tourist sites.

Great location to explore Lisbon

Super convenient location of this apartment made it easy to get to all points of interest in Lisbon. Kitchen was well equipped, and laundry was a bonus. Nearby grocery was a plus. Only very minor complaint was that the bed was smaller than expected.

Great location! Wonderful apartment!

Everything about this rental unit was wonderful. Access to the popular areas of Old Town, the rail and metro stations, grocery stores and restaurants is extremely easy. Our only concern was the noise from the street below, sometimes after midnight - but we would still go back for all the other reasons.

Amazing location!!

Had an amazing 3 nights in Lisbon! The location was perfect for us. Lots to do and see and many restaurants close by without braving too many hills lol! Loved sunsets on the rooftop patio at the Hotel Mundial right across the street!!

Lisboa is fantastic

Clean and comfortable. Close to most of the must see places in Lisbon. We walked every where including to Belem although that might be a bit much for some people. The area is noisy which did not surprise us because it is in the middle of the city.

Comfortable, fully equipped apartment

The apartment was very well equipped and had everything for a comfortable stay. Nice view of the castle! The location was close to transportation, restaurants and attractions, although because of its central location there was a lot of street noise. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location

Our flight to Lisbon had been delayed by 3 hours and even though we did not make it to the apartment till 7:30 on a wet and cold evening Fabiola was there waiting for us with a warm welcome.This apartment was very central to everything - including the Funicular, Train and Tram stops. We enjoyed the view up to the Castle of an evening and as the week we stayed turned out to be quite wet and cold we came to appreciate coming in of an evening to such a warm and cosy apartment. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we are ever back in Lisbon and to recommend it to family and friends.

Secure VRBO

The hosts gave us a lovely greeting and provided us with valuable information on Lisbon and local restaurants. The building was secure in an excellent location. In addition the apartment was extremely clean and had a very well equipped kitchen. Of note, the property was easy to access for people who are mobility challenged. I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent location!

Very servicable, practical place. The amenities aren't lux, but the location is great. Can be loud. If you aren't used to city noise-sirens, buses, loud people all night long-bring earplugs!

Great place and service

The property was very nice and extremely clean. We found the location to be a little less than ideal. While the property was extremely secure, the surrounding location wasn't as nice as I expected. It was within walking distance to very nice areas though. The price was pretty good and the parking available was reasonable. And, the view of the castle was very nice, especially at night. So, it was a decent place to stay.

Nice property

Really enjoyed our stay here. Property was spacious, clean and conveniently located within walking distance to most attractions. Carlota was fantastic!! You will see some homeless people in the Martim Moniz neighborhood but we did not feel unsafe. I guess it’s part of any big city. Will certainly recommend..

Perfect for a couple

In the centre, well connected to public transport. Private Parking which is very useful if you travel by car. The flat is quite new that makes it more comfortable and it is clean, the owners as well as the person in charge of the check in (Carlota) were really helpful. The are restaurants, shops and big supermarkets very near. A great experience, we will be back.

Fabulous place.

Great location to tourist attractions, restaurants, tours etc. The flat was lovely. We made breakfast most mornings in the flat and had wine and chocolate in the evenings after our long day of exploration. One suggestion is to repair the lock at front entrance as tricky to work. Other than that everything was spectacular. Thank you so much.

Awesome location

Great location and the hub of all kinds of daytime and evening choices for sights and sounds of Lisbon. The only downside is the location is exposed to some of the evening sounds which may extend late into the night. If you are an ‘early to bed’ + a light sleeper, this will need some adjusting to being on Lisbon time. A minor caution to a great accommodation.

the location was good for sightseeing but some of the area was not as clean with garbage in the stairwells etc. our daughter ended up with several bites after sleeping on the couch which we are treating as bed bugs

First trip to Lisbon

Amazing location, close to everything we wanted. We purposely chose the area for the proximity of the Christmas market and were not disappointed. The unit was a good size and we felt very much at home. The owners will at some point need some tlc in the bathroom as the shower head was broken but was not a show stopper. Unlike some posts we didn't find the noise excessive and in line with most city centres. We would certainly stay there again.
