This charming 25m² studio in Lisbon is the perfect choice for couples seeking a comfortable and well-located stay. Situated on the first floor and accessible by stairs, the property offers a cosy and inviting atmosphere.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware and cutlery to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. The space also includes a TV to enjoy your favourite shows and a dining table for two, ideal for relaxed meals at home.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, as well as a wardrobe to store your belongings conveniently.

The bathroom includes all necessary amenities, such as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, to ensure a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

Due to the area's characteristics, taxis cannot reach the door. The final part of the access is on foot and involves climbing some stairs.

The property is nestled in the heart of Lisbon's historic Alfama district, offering a rich tapestry of cultural landmarks, traditional eateries, and scenic viewpoints within walking distance.

Just a short stroll away, you'll find the Lisbon Cathedral (Sé de Lisboa), a stunning example of Romanesque architecture dating back to the 12th century. A bit further uphill, the iconic Castle of São Jorge provides panoramic views over the city and the Tagus River. The Miradouro de Santa Luzia, another nearby viewpoint, offers picturesque vistas of Alfama's winding streets and terracotta rooftops.

For dining options, the area boasts a variety of traditional Portuguese restaurants and cozy cafes. Establishments like O Beco and Maria da Mouraria are known for their authentic local cuisine and warm ambience. Additionally, the renowned Time Out Market, featuring a curated selection of Lisbon's best food vendors, is within easy reach.​

Public transportation is conveniently accessible, with the Santa Apolónia metro and train station approximately a 10-minute walk away. This makes exploring other parts of Lisbon straightforward and efficient.​

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
