With a magnificent and spacious veranda with outdoor furniture, this property invites you to relax, savour wine and enjoy the view, the sun and the birdsong. This fully equipped two-bedroom apartment, with a separate kitchen and a complete bathroom, allows you to spend time with family or friends. You will love staying here, taking advantage of everything this village has to offer.



Strolling through picturesque Cascais; spending time on its beautiful and unique beaches; visiting its fortress, palaces and museums; dining outdoors on the famous Yellow Street or enjoying the various shops, bars and restaurants at the Marina; Cascais has so much to offer that you will wish to stay longer.



You can enjoy all of this without the need for a car and note that our apartment is only five minutes away from transport options that take you quickly to explore the charming historic village of Sintra or the beautiful city of Lisbon, as well as Guincho beach, the most famous beach in Cascais and part of the Sintra Natural Park. Regardless of the means of transport chosen, you will be conveniently close to Cascais train station, bus stops and taxi ranks.



Comprising 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, living room with fireplace, sofa bed and dining table, 1 full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with sea views. Step out onto the furnished veranda with chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying a meal or breakfast with a fantastic view of the historic centre. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.



When located next to one of the yellow streets, you will find a vast array of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Because it is a tourist area, there is some noise coming from the surrounding bars.



During the months of September/October there will be work taking place, so there will be some noise coming from it.



We are incredibly flexible and our interaction with guests will be adapted to your wishes or requests. If you prefer minimal contact at check-in/check-out or daily interactions, we are here to help. We offer various additional services, such as cleaning, transfers, babysitting, chef services and organisation of sightseeing tours, amongst others.

Late check-in (after 20:00 - €30; after 22:00 - €50)

Early check-in (between 10:30 and 12:00 - €50; between 12:00 and 15:00 - €30)

Late check-out (after 12:00 — €30; after 15:00 — €50; after 17:00 — Night rate)

Any intermediate cleaning necessary or requested for stays between 8 and 28 days will have the same cost as the advertised final cleaning. For stays longer than 28 days, intermediate cleaning is not legally required, but monthly cleaning will be mandatory, carried out by our service providers, and will have the same cost as the final cleaning.



For stays of 28 days or more, water, electricity and gas expenses are not included and will be charged to guests.



Please note that a tourist tax is applicable to all guests staying in Cascais. This tax is charged by the municipality and must be paid in addition to the cost of accommodation. The amount is 4 euros per night and per person, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 13 years of age are exempt from this tax.



If pets are permitted, guests will be responsible not only for complying with the condominium rules, but also for the proper maintenance of the property and for any damage caused by animals during their stay (for example, damage to furniture, carpets, clothing; odours from urine or faeces, scratches or deterioration of wood and paintwork, etc.).
