"I was quite disappointed with our stay. I booked this hotel through Expedia based on the photos and amenities advertised online, but unfortunately the room we received looked very different from what was presented.
The room was extremely cramped, with a queen bed squeezed next to two chairs and a small table, leaving very little usable space. Several amenities that were advertised were also missing. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom, and although a kettle was provided, there was no coffee or tea maker as expected.
To make matters worse, the TV was not functioning properly, which meant we were unable to use the Wi-Fi services as expected.
We arrived very late at night after a long and exhausting wait at the airport and were simply too tired to return to reception and request a room change. Had we arrived earlier or been less exhausted, we likely would have asked for a different room.
Overall, the biggest issue was that both the room and some of the advertised amenities did not match the expectations created by the Expedia listing. Unfortunately, this made our stay much less enjoyable than anticipated."
