This is an excellent starting point for exploring the entire Oeste and Costa de Prata region. 7 minutes from the 5-star golf course and spa. The beaches of Oeste are 20 minutes away and Ericeira is 30 minutes away. The house is 35 minutes from Óbidos Castle and 30 minutes from the international airport in Lisbon. 30m from Ericeira and 40 minutes from Peniche and 48 minutes from Nazaré.

With free private parking inside the property and 5m walk from the bus station. 5 minutes from the A8 motorway (exit "Torres Vedras") and 25 minutes from Lisbon airport. You also have access to BOLT, UBER and city taxis.

The property combines modernity and tradition, where the customs of the land and its people have been preserved. Here you will find a Mediterranean atmosphere by the pool fused with the history of the property. Inside the house you will find a contemporary aesthetic, inspired by travel and experiences, a space of relaxation, privacy and tranquility where you can record your moment and create memories in a beautiful setting.
Inserted on the Lisbon wine route, you will find beautiful wine projects in the region that are worth a visit and tasting of local wines.
The holiday home is the result of long reconstruction work, in harmony with the construction of the new house.

The property results from the combination of 3 smaller plots. Previously there were: an old house, a cellar, fruit trees and areas for animals. The reconstruction of the space began in 2019 and ended in June 2022 and is the result of careful preservation and reconstruction work, always seeking to integrate the history of the place in the construction of the new house!

The house still preserves in its closed, and half walls, part of the original walls, made of stone blocks with more than 50cm in diameter! These stones came from the quarry that is very close to the house, 2 minutes away, on the way to Runa.

We ourselves participated in removing the stones from the original house, by hand, stones that we can now find in the garden! You can still see the old cellar wall that now resembles a wall, framing the property and giving the space a historic, rustic, unique and private atmosphere! This cellar was used to store and produce homemade wine for 70 years, a very Portuguese tradition!

The reuse of materials is present throughout the space: the stones are also on the stairs leading to the pool and in the flowerbeds spread throughout the garden!

This restoration is our tribute to the memory of the property, its history and its people. The fruit trees have also been preserved: the orange, pear and lemon trees are over 70 years old and you will be able to try their fruits during your stay at the house while admiring them from the pool!
